Aiken Hitch and Outdoor- We Come to You!

I cannot recommend Aiken Hitch enough. Their customer service to help me determine which hitch was best for my make/model was amazing. When they came to install it, Justin and his crew knocked it out in 45-minutes. The hitch hasn’t fallen off the van, the rack hasn’t fallen out of the hitch, and the bikes haven’t fallen off the rack… so everything is great!

We had a hitch installed a few weeks back. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. There was a little bit of rest in the underbody of our bumper that he addressed to complete the installation with no extra charge. The installer was polite and friendly and we could not have asked for any better quality or service.

He did an excellent job on the step rails on my 2020 ranger. It took him no time at all and stayed around to see if I had any questions. I had a couple , he answered them to my liking Great job Justin.

We had Aiken Hitch install a hitch for our new bicycle rack. They came out on a Saturday, normally their day off, because of his commitment to have it done by the following Monday. It took only forty five minutes and they were done. The hitch was installed on our new Honda Odyssey. Looks good and we were very satisfied. Would recommend them anytime!

Called to get a hitch installed. When I gave lady my make and modle right away she said they are mobile and my car was one they couldn't do. Gave me a referral rather than order parts and start work that they would not be able to do. That's smart business!!
