I went there December 28th. The warning for my car fob battery went off. I live 35 minutes away. I drove to the Spartanburg location. I explained to the guy at the desk about my key fob. He disappears to the boxed off unit on the floor and comes back a minute later saying it's done. He goes to ring me up. I give him my phone number for the system. He claimed that I have a lifetime warranty on batteries and did not charge me. He also didn't give me a receipt. I felt immediately like something was off. I go to my car and the warning light still comes on. I reprogram the fob and the warning light goes off and then cuts back on. I go back into the store and I am met at the door by a taller gentleman. I tell him the warning light is still on and he replied "the battery is good" without offering to take my fob and test the battery with a multimeter. I drove to the Greenwood store and the guy opened up the FOB in front of me, tested the battery in front of me, and it was bad as I suspected. There was also signs that he actually opened up the FOB as there was a little bit of chaffing near the opening. He put in a new battery and looks my name up. It turns out I didn't have a lifetime replacement (I do now). He replaced the battery and there was no issue. One of two things happened at the Spartanburg store, either the guy didn't do any maintenance and just handed me the Fob back or he did open up the fob and put a bad battery in it. Either way it felt super sketchy in there and I didn't feel that way at the Greenwood store. If you didn't want to fix my fob all you had to do was tell me. Pretending to fix it or doing shotty work and then refusing to test the battery after isn't the answer. I will just go to the Greenwood store. The North Charleston store is great , too. I only had a negative experience at the Spartanburg store.

I ordered a lap top battery on August 29th. Due to the holiday on Monday I was told it would take a week to get it. It is now September 14th and after me calling the store for the 5th time it is in. Never received 1 call from the store to say it was delayed or that it was in. Poor service.

I went there with a phone screen protector that I had bought on Amazon ,I had never installed one before ,they put it on at no charge that's what I call service.

I didn't know that this place even existed until I needed a Can-Am Spyder battery. I found this place on the internet. Great price fast and friendly service. I will definitely be using this place for my battery needs from now on. They have all kinds of batteries at great prices

They helped me find a replacement battery for my dogs bark collar due to its unique size. They tested it out and everything to make sure it was working right post charge. Very easy place to work with, and helpful staff. Definitely, will be using them again for other unique battery jobs in the future.

I ordered the battery Thursday night and it was available Friday afternoon for pickup. It was easy to get the battery and they tested the old battery for me with the voltmeter.
