I went here. Never had any issues with my vehicle that I bought in 2020 till I came here. After I left I noticed my car running bad. I open the hood and discovered they didn’t push my dipstick back in. It was hanging all the way out. Just careless. Check engine light came on. Check engine light had never been on before. I took it back them all of a sudden my car has multiple issues. Good thing I bought extended warranty for my car. If you have a newer car just go to your dealership. Don’t go here.

I was greeted with a smile and compliment! They took such great care of my car as they always do. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and have never had an issue. John is a great new asset to this team and company! Way to go!!!!

Wanted to thank them for prompt and efficient service. I spent 3.5 hours at Firestone for the only thing they got done was changing my rear windshield wiper. My fog light wasn't working and they told me I'd have to go to a dealer to get it fixed and replace the entire assembly. Called Meineke on Monday and they told me to bring my car in for my light to be looked at. They pulled my car in the garage and was pulling it back up to the front within 5 mins. All that was wrong was the light was unplugged. Plugged back in and worked fine. Not sure why Firestone couldn't figure that out. Probably didn't even look at it. Thanks Chris at Meineke for fixing a very simple issue. I appreciate it!

I have been taking my vehicles here since I moved to Spartanburg eight years ago. I have never had an issue, and they are always honest. Even when I request services based on maintenance recommendations, they let me know that what is actually needed vs what is not needed after thoroughly checking my vehicle. They are not out to make a quick dollar. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the work they do on my vehicles. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for car services. Garage staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and handled my concern of needing you tires in a timely manner. John, the manager at the front was extremely helpful and provided great customer service as well. I plan on returning and would recommend to all friends and family.
