Got there ten minutes early for a 7am appointment. Went to the door at 6:58 and the two employees just looked at their watches. Adios Firestone, that was your last chance. This location used to be very good, but has lost several key employees over the last few years.

Great service! I brought my daughter’s car in because of low tire pressure. They checked all the tires and inflated to proper levels. When I asked for the invoice they told me there was no charge. They have certainly gained a customer for all my car needs!

Had an appointment for an alignment. The guy that checked me in (Mike) was rude, not nice at all, heavy set older guy dark hair white beard. He acted like it was a chore for him to type my information in, like I was bothering him, and my existence ruined his entire day. I usually do business at the East Main Street Firestone, they are always so nice, friendly and helpful. The only reason I used Blackstock Rd. Firrstone this time is because I just had new tires installed at Discount Tire, and was on that side of town. I will NEVER use the Blackstock Firestone branch again.

Local garage with bad costomer service to people who they don't like and who is not an expert. I went there for pumping brakes on my sedan. They did not check how brakes work after repairing. After procedure brake pedal still was weak and went too deep before brakes applied. Next day they were refusing to get the car for repeat procedure, then wanted me to pay second time. In result - same problem after second operation. We cannot do any better, replace everything - they said.

I had an appointment this morning at 8 A.M. for an oil change with a tire rotation and balance. It them two hours to do all that, I also saw workers just standing around talking not working on my vehicle. Also, the person who delt with me this morning seemed to kind of like blow me off and didn't care when I was telling about my vehicle. For me the price to do the oil change was way to expensive, especially since I had to wait 2 hours for it all to be done. If I ever have to go to a firestone again, it will not be this one.

My brake line busted going down the road. I called because I was scared and didn’t know exactly what to do and said I’m in an emergency situation and explained the situation. The store told me to try to get there safely and a technician would look at the problem. The customer service was great because the brake line did have a worn/slice in it and all the brake fluid had come out onto the brake pads and the tire. The technician worked me in and fixed the brake line etc. I’m so thankful that they were able to help me as this was a scary incident for me.

Easy to schedule. A thorough and honest assessment. I think it was Dan who called me with a no-pressure approach to reviewing repairs and cost. Completed all the work the same day. Fair price.

Dropped off my truck to have a tire plugged. I was told an hour and a half. This was at 12:30 pm. I said In would leave it and come back at the end of the day. I showed back up at 4:30 to pick up and was told “oh I’m sorry. It’s next.” I left it so that I didn’t have to wait. Poor customer experience.

I made an appointment for a 4pm oil change on friday that took 3 hours to complete..YES I STAYED FROM 4-7!! My car has leaked oil ever since. I brought it back Monday morning at 8am only to be told that they noticed my oil pan plug had worn out so they tried to replace it with a bigger one but no one ever said anything not to mention I had zero leaks from anywhere prior to bringing it in. The guy says that since no one said anything to me that he wouldn't charge me the $600 to fix it instead he'd only charge me $150 😳. If my seal truly had been worn out then there would have been some evidence of that (there was NONE) so in a nut shell he wants to charge me for their screwup! I've made a claim with their home office because this is ridiculous. I will never bring my car to another Firestone!
