Sometimes it’s great here, depending on the integrity of the mechanic. Other times, not. Recently I had a great experience. Last summer not so much but I came back because they’re so friendly and inexpensive.

Find yourself someplace else . Ordered tires online made an appt to have them installed. They were delivered but not checked in properly. So they cancelled my appt . I waited for an update , called the helpline was told to go to the center . Which I did . Service manager took over finding my items after the first tech said they aren’t there . Service manager found my 4 tires. Checked them in properly . I scheduled a second appt for this morning 8 am . They weren’t open . Waited in line with 4 other customers until 8:15 . My son was in the store , he went to the inside counter and was told by the pink haired girl due to a scheduling issue they weren’t opening until 10am. He let he know 5 cars were outside waiting . She said ok and did nothing . She did not go out and let us know they weren’t opening until 10 . I got what I needed inside and went back to the auto center and got in line again . To be told by another girl my scheduled appt had been cancelled , didn’t I receive a text ? No I did not receive a text cancellation. I told them to give me my 4 tires, I’d have them installed someplace else . And that’s exactly what I did . Front end management was made aware their associate did not let the line of cars waiting they weren’t opening . The only good thing I can say is for the service manager Adam who rocked customer service and figured out what happened to the four tires I had been charged for. He physically went and looked and found all of them, checked them in properly and showed me they were in fact there . So thumbs 👍🏻 up Adam! You were great , but I’ll never ever step foot in the auto center at Dorman again .

Not a professional bunch; Customer service is lacking too. I gave them a try and left disappointed. I’ll continue to use Discount Tire across the parking lot.

Worst shop ever had an appointment the mechanic lied and said my car wouldn’t start. I decided to take my car somewhere else I will never return to this shop. The mechanic was to lazy to get the drain plug off.

I had my tires rotated and balanced, oil changed, and air filter replaced in less than an hour. Tiffanie (Service Manager) and Tyshawn were great! They were nice, helpful, and prompt. My car was done at the time quoted.
