Alex and the team from Mavis Tires and Brakes really saved me today. Couldn’t get an appointment with the dealership to get a new tire. They put my donut on and it was able to keep me on the road. Great customer service.

wonderful service from the start to the finish of my brake job. Miranda and Saro were incredibly fast and efficient, with great attention to detail. Alex gave me clear expectations and a great rundown of what was needed and why. Excellent service from an excellent shop.

Got 4 new tires on my car. The team at Mavis was polite and professional. They had the job done in 30 minutes. Watched the team threw the window, as they finished other customers cars they joined in helping the guy working on my car to get the job done.

Traveled two hours away to pick up furniture, and ended up running a tire off of the bead. Came by, and these guys were very quick and eager to help. Got my tire put back on less than 15 minutes, and sent us on our way. Very thankful for them and their speedy and kind service. If I had to go anywhere while in this Spartanburg area to get service for tires, this would be the place!

Alex,Joey and Richard are very polite guys. I pulled with concerns of my oil being very low they didn’t hesitate to look and tell me what I needed. This is my 2nd time at this location first time I got an alignment and their professional was still on point. Mavis is my new go too SPOT!!! Thanks Guys

Alex was really helpful. I came in on a Friday at 3pm needing a service done before having to drive out of town and he made things happen. Got the service done and coming back for my balancing and alignment next week. Most definitely reccomend these guys for the car you love.

For a first time visitor I am very pleased. I have come late in the day prior to closing due to a puncture in the tire causing air to leak and was taken in warmly right away. They knew what they were doing and found the issue to patch up right away. Thank you for making my first visit wonderful with amazing customer service !!!
