Fantastic experience! Called ahead and got an estimate to replace the 2 door speakers in my car. It was extremely accurate at check out. I also went in during my lunch break and was told to expect an hour and was actually out of there in about 35 minutes! Fantastic service and nice, knowledgeable staff.

They did an amazing job. The price was very reasonable. They installed a rearview mirror dash cam I got on Amazon . There are no wires seen, all the clips and plastic is back in place and solid. They got the electronics working perfectly and I have zero complaints. Highly recommend this place

Car Sound staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Gave clear expectations on when the job would be finished and delivered the job on time. Presented multiple options for a fix to my speaker and didn't pressure one way or the other. Thanks team!

I had a great experience with Car Sound! I walked in without an appointment to see if they could help me with my 2012 Kia Sportage radio that no longer was working correctly & right away they were able to give me an idea of what might be my car's stereo issue & provide me a price range of what it would cost depending on the problem. I was able to bring it in later that same day for them to pull out the radio & check on actual cost with the manufacturer. They said it would take approximately 2 weeks to get back, as it had to be shipped out, & they called me right when it came in & were able to get it re-installed that same morning & made sure everything worked as it should again! I was very impressed with their customer service & detailed information, so I knew what to expect. They also saved me a TON of money compared to taking my car to the Kia dealership! I would highly recommend them for your car sound needs!

2023 Update: Welp, the fifth car just went in for modification. 2023 Honda Odyssey Elite with the Honda Advanced Rear Entertainment system, which greatly complicated the installation with a weird factory 11-speaker system. Worked with Max and got upgraded to OEM+ with a custom sub enclosure. Had to revisit the shop a few more times after due to 1) bad factory wiring, which we’ve resolved, and 2) bad plug, which we’ve also resolved. Still glad that I’ve chosen Car Sound as my go-to shop for car audio. They stand behind their work and will handle any post-installation issue that may arise. 2022 Review: This is the fourth car that I have brought to the good folks at Car Sound. Didn't bother to take photos of the earlier installs as they were just your standard factory stereo upgrades on a 2004 VW R32, 2016 Subaru Impreza, and 2018 Subaru WRX. This latest install for my project 2006 Scion xB (RS 3.0) has been the most complex job that included: new head unit (with satellite radio, backup camera, and hands-free), new speakers, custom sub box, sound deadening, steering wheel controls, custom trunk lighting, and custom front map light mounting. Most importantly, the screens on the front head rest (a key feature for the RS 3.0) has been restored and functional again. Everything was installed exactly how I wanted it. It was a pleasure working with Car Sound for this latest project, and I won't hesitate to bring any future cars back to them for custom work in audio/electrical. Scheduling can be tricky as they seem to be always booked (sign of a good shop), but definitely worth the wait.
