Well I was looking for a place where I can get an honest answer for what's going on with my vehicle so I decided I will just try this store. To my surprise I was very well welcomed I thought to myself well I'll definitely try this store to get my vehicle fixed and I told Ryan the store manager what my issue was... he right away told me not to worry and he'll do a full inspection on my suspension. They gave me an appointment. I came the next day and I met another manager named Kaleb He was very much aware of my inspection appointment. He was very professional as he introduced me to the technician Calvin who was going to inspect my vehicle Calvin was very knowledgeable and just right away told me what my issue was and told why it's very important that I have that fixed Impressed with my whole experience here and how kind the people were here I right away agreed 👍 to begin service in my vehicle and after all was said and done my vehicle was perfect and I definitely recommend this store. And also I met another technician called Tyler who had a awesome selection of different music to listen to so that was a plus cuz I love music. It was nice of Tyler to keep me welcomed while I was waiting for my vehicle to get finished Thank you Tyler and thank you to the entire staffs An awesome job on getting the vehicle fixed 😁 Calvin.

My car started making weird noises the day before a long-ish drive, so I wanted to get it looked at as soon as possible. I talked with Caleb and Ryan about my car- they were both awesome about explaining what they would do, how much things would cost, and how long everything would take. They were both super helpful and explained things very well! My car was also fixed the same day I brought it in, which was very helpful and a pleasant surprise considering I stopped in with no appointment.

Wow 5618 Douglas Ave. Commendable! Kaleb was superb in his empathy to my problem an urgency to be able to get me to work tonight! His team figured out the clunking noise under my old car. Kaleb's customer service and follow through was most admirable! I am so very appreciative!!! Thank you Kaleb and team for superb service! This is why I come here. Great service, their patience with me, empathy in my time of need and the respect that I receive. Thank you for helping me today!!!! Ryan the Manager is superb also! Kudos as I met him tonight picking up my car. Very personable and friendly. I hope he stays for a long time! Tyler who worked on my car was fast and efficient with his guarantee to get me back on the road for work tonight though short on time, and that he did! Most perfect and a shout out to you Sir! Both were amazing as to great my pup as we walked there. She knows good people lol and I trust that in her! A perfect 10 stars to you all! I feel blessed that I am with this new team. Super friendly staff that totally got my best impression of "engine noise" I was having. Didn't look at me like I had two heads. Up front with first look call on issue and set pricing expectations well. Didn't try to upsell me anything but let me know stuff I may want to take a look at. Would recommend.

I dislike leaving such a low review, as my husband and I haven't had many bad experiences here, and I even wrote a great review a month ago. However, we were greatly disappointed the last time we were here. The service was good, however, the customer service was greatly lacking. We are planning to move to a different state in two 2 weeks and my husband is finishing his studies, so money is very tight right now. Our appointment was on April 26th at 7:30 am for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. When we had come in before, all of the stuff we wanted to be done would get done first, and then we would be informed about other issues and asked if we wanted to have those things fixed that day or later. The person working the desk informed us of other issues before the service technician arrived and gave us a quote. We thought that was odd because no one else had done that the other times we came in. The price ended up being way above what we had planned to spend that day, and we weren't fully informed why those things needed to be done or how serious the issues were. That didn't feel good for us because we always appreciated the thorough explanations we were given in the past. The person who was working the desk that day did not answer our questions fully and seemed unable to give us answers to any questions we had. We ended up agreeing to get everything fixed and left for a little bit. My husband ended up doing to research and figured the stuff that we were told needed to be fixed could wait a little bit, especially since we are moving and won't be able to bring the car back. So, we headed back to ask if they already started on the extra stuff that we weren't originally there for and to tell them not to do it if they hadn't started on it. The person working the desk was very stoic in saying they had. This upset both of us, considering they hadn't worked on what we originally wanted to fix first. My husband was at a loss and visibly distraught; all the person at the desk could say was "That's why I had you sign first". Now, both my husband and I have worked in customer service, and we were taken aback that there was no sympathy or even pretending to care in the tone of voice that was used. We were told we could try for the Midas credit card and then were sent on our way so they could finish. When we came back, my husband applied for the credit card but was denied (not surprisingly). The person at the desk apologized in a very flat tone by saying, "I'm sorry, but that's why I had you sign before". He didn't even make eye contact while saying his "apology". My husband used his old military ID to at least get something off. When we got back home, we saw that the military discount wasn't even 10%, even though it is promoted that it is 10%. We felt very brushed off and not heard as customers. We have no problem with paying for services and the work that is done; however, we were greatly disappointed in how the customer service was lacking in the work that morning. In the past year, we have had great experiences with the front desk people, but the person on this day was very aloof and stoic towards not just us but other customers as well. Once again, I hate having to write this review after past great experiences. However, my husband and I both agreed that it's good we are moving because if we weren't, we probably would end up going to a different location or a different place in general.

Ryan at Midas is very good and efficient!! I had my alignment done today and the techs did a great job and also recommended future ball joint possible replacement. Thanks for getting me in and out so quick from 8:30 am appointment!!

Absolutely the best! I have been here twice now. Once to get a regular oil change, which went smoothly and quickly and I had an appointment for. And then another time, when I was on my way to dinner and my tire lost pressure. I was luckily only a few miles from the store and my car limped in and I explained what had happened. The man behind the counter listened, kindly said that they would get me in asap, and then did! They got my car in the shop in like...10 minutes? Turns out I had a screw in my tire and they could do a patch for me. What a relief! I almost cried I was so happy. They fixed me up, I paid the incredibly reasonable fee, and was back on the road to dinner! Now, all of that sounds pretty par for the course. I mean, that's their job, right? To take car of cars? Yeah, but they didn't just take care of my car. They took care of me by being kind, quick, understanding, and not belittling. I have been to other mechanics/dealerships in my life and gotten everything from told my wheel needed replacing (it was another screw...), to it taking upwards of 5 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment, to straight up feeling unsafe. So, all that to say, Thanks Midas. I appreciate it.

I went in for an oil change and they were so friendly and helpful! They replaced the battery in my key fob as well! They explained everything to me and let me know costs up front. I really recommend them and will be going back when my car needs another checkup!

I have had a great experience at this Midas location. I have taken my car here for my oil changes and more complex issues like replacing a water pump. Both experiences have been great in terms of professionalism, talking through the issues and pricing transparency.
