Running scams on people advertise one price at one store and then changing the price when you get to the other store, they wanted full price of $580 at the other store. If you’re gonna advertise something online, you need to honor it and not make excuses well…….,

Bought a $240 battery it went faulty in less than a month, misplaced my receipt. They couldn’t find it in their system that I had put my name and phone number in, so they couldn’t even find the transaction of selling the battery in the first place and wouldn’t do anything for me, because I wasn’t in their system which blows my mind. They didn’t even have that the battery was sold on the day that I did, after I said the guy who sold it to me was there wearing the same exact thing he had when he sold it to me

This place was awesome and helpful. There is one man in particular that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his name was Doug! Doug was amazing and I was about to do a stupid that would have worked but screwed me in the long run and Doug stopped me explained it to me and then helped me figure out how to get it done properly! As someone who needs car parts frequently and spends a lot of money here reaching well over the highest reward rank, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a return on a defective part that cost me almost $200, guy behind the counter took one look at it and said no. Didn’t ask me what was wrong until after he said they couldn’t take it. I pulled up the receipt, said I installed it and it didn’t work, they respond the only way they can take it is if it’s defective. Did I not just explain what defective means? After he called his manager and I had to explain again the product was defective they still didn’t want to take it. Once the manager realizes it’s an online order he says to the employee is a disappointed manner ‘yeah we have to take it, can’t do anything about an online order’. Process the refund without another word said to be except ‘you have to sign this’. Where is the professionalism? Where is the want to help out the customer? Not even a ‘have a good day’.

Went in to buy a battery for my sister's car. The guy who sold it to me was very helpful. He even came out and helped me throw it in. Great people!

Worst service possible. Employees would prefer you leave rather then deal with you. They get paid either way and less work if no customers.
