Matt is a life saver! Made a big issue simple! He is the manager, but I think he is working overtime and getting things done for his team as they are short staff! Hailey at the front desk is also very nice and understanding! I recommend them, good honest people!

This place is a scam. Took my sister's car in in to get tested. Instead of giving us a price the mechanic just started replacing parts without permission. When we told them we wouldn't pay for a battery that they wanted to charge us double for the mechanic started to insult my little sister, as it was her car. We told them to take the battery out Wich they did after a lot of arguing. When I tried to replace the old battery Wich they had put back in I found that it was ridiculously overtightened. Obviously done on purpose. Save your money and your car. find a reputable alternative to this clown shop.

New store manager is AMAZING! Brought my car in for a noise. They had it figured out and got me a quote within 30 minutes or so. Didn’t push me to buy things. Recommend the things they thought I should replace. And described certain things that I should get replaced soon. They got my car in and fixed the same day. Great, quick service and customer service

I was misquoted. I was given a price, so I waited to get my oil changed so I could go to CarX. When I showed up, it was $40 more than what I was quoted. Not an honest car service location. Bummed because I was hoping to make this my primary car services location.

Busted a cap, they replaced but it didn't fit properly. Drove to Omaha the next day and low oil light came on. Spilled oil everywhere. Found out when they took the old filter out they also the away the housing unit with spring and cartridge and just put a filter in it. Damaged our vehicle by running it low on oil and only offered to pay for the bad oil change 😞. Had to pay Toyota a lot of money to fix their mistake. Would NOT recommend!!

Took my explorer to have a noise checked. They called told me it was shocks and struts. Okay cool, let’s replace them. Then I get a call they can’t get the rear lug nuts off and need to get a special tool. The next day I get another call that the tool didn’t work. Can they take a torch to the wheels to get them off. Um, absolutely not. I’ll come get my car. Drive it home, still hearing the noise. Call back they tell me bring it back. I do. They kept it 5 days. I had to call to check on it no one was calling me. Finally go get it and come home. Decided to try to take the wheels off myself. And wouldn’t ya know it. I did it by hand. No issues other than the two lug nuts that were stripped from Car X trying to get them off. I’m so disappointed. The location manager Matt, was a nice guy and patient. But I’m not convinced they actually tried to hear the noise when I took it back and even more disappointed that no one up there even attempted to take the lug nuts off by hand. I don’t trust this shop to fix that issue so I’ll deal with it on my own and plan on calling the BBB. 100% disappointed all around. Take you vehicle there at your own risk!

My car was getting towed to this location as I got a flat on the way home from work. I called to see if I could get a new tire, and the first lady was no help. She “transferred” me, except there was nobody else to pick up the phone. It rang for 10 minutes, and eventually hung up on its own. I called again to see if anyone could help me, the next lady was kind, but the shop had already closed. It was only 6:25, when they say they close at 7. Very disappointing.

Matt and the staff are great , had a lot of work done on my truck and they called me before doing any work.. They have treated me really well....Got my truck back in great time . Kudos and thanks, will definitely be going back if I need further service...✌️☮️✌️☮️✌️☮️👍👍👍🐦
