I came into FastTire with a nail in my tire, and they were able to patch it for me and have me back out the door in 30 minutes. They also noticed the heat shield coming off the bottom of my car, and they secured it for me free of charge. They were kind, helpful, and quick!

Changed to one star because I got the timing belt replaced here on my Honda Odyssey. I was assured that this shop was capable of doing this sort of maintenance and could take care of me. My engine ended up dying 9 hours away in the middle of the wilderness putting myself, my partner, and my two children in significant danger. I provided them photo documentation and a detailed service record from the Honda dealership we needed to tow to 1.5 hours from where we booked down, showing that the technicians at fast tire left bolts loose and made other errors that caused the timing belt to skip time and the engine to fail. I now need an engine replacement, my car is in another state, and I am driving a 600 dollar a week rental which I am expected to put the money up for myself. It has been over a week, and I have no insurance claim number, and there has been no contact from fast tire with the Honda dealership where my car sits in wait hours away. I’m trying to take care of my children and family but need to waste time repeatedly calling fast tire and receive no answers, only “I don’t know what is happening.” I asked to be put in touch with management. I asked to be put in touch with the insurance company. I have received nothing concrete to show that Fast tire is going to stand up for their name or the faulty work. If this claim is taken care of as promised, I will edit my review, but at this point it seems I will need to take legal action. I understand mistakes happen. But the incredible amount of stress and danger we have endured as a result of this work is compounded by lack of communication and follow through from the company. It seems at this point we will need to seek legal action and I regret giving this company my business over so many years. Edit: I finally heard from the insurance after over a week. Fast tire did do the stand up thing of making a claim due to the parts failing and/or faulty workmanship. I still would not recommend this shop for major service but they did their best in making it right. The claim is now getting closed out soon after a month of extreme stress and negotiations with insurance. I needed the engine replaced on the car.

By a first glance, the shop can easily be looked over, if that happens to you, I'm sorry. I am a local from Des Moines, Spanish just so happens to be my first language. I have yet to find an actual good shop and bilingual techs! Didn't know quite sure what was wrong with my car besides a weird noise, they got it in immediately. Translated for me, You can tell the mechanic I was speaking to had good intentions!! Mucho Gracias!! I will be telling all my family members 🙏🏼 🚘

They gave me a very fair price, got me in super fast, nice facility and now I can drive rather than bobsled to work, which is nice

Oil change included a tire rotation and complimentary safety inspection. Staff is very friendly and professional. Have used this company for years and have never had a bad experience.
