I just stopped in to have air put in my tire . Person said they needed to pull vehicle into stall. I looked out and they had the hood open to my vehicle?!? No reason just asked for air in left rear tire. When I asked why the “manager”‘said it was policy. Looked again and guy was messing with something under the hood. There was NO reason for the hood to be open or anything being looked at under it. I asked for my car to be returned to me immediately. When I went outside to stall there was a lift/jack piece of equipment under the front area of my vehicle. Again none of this was necessary for air in my tire. I again asked for the hood to be closed and my car returned to me. I stepped into the Bay Area. The “manager” come up on me and said get out of this area. Not asking me or explaining safety just get out and blocked me seeing what the other person was doing. He was with in a foot from me trying to intimidate me. He failed! He had no right to step up to me and get in my face nor was there any reason for my vehicle to have anything other than air put into my tire as requested. I want this “manager “ strictly disciplined for his action and harassing me. Beyond rude but tried to intimidate me by getting in my face!! A woman especially !!!! I visited today June 16, 2024 approximately 8:15am or so. I returned to take his picture and said out loud so others heard “ don’t you ever get in anyone’s face again !” Spoke to area manager about this jerk. No apology or statement that this matter was handled in anyway. This guy just got away with harassment and trying to intimidate me!

Had a scheduled oil change appointment. Was disappointed that I overheard some of the recommendations repeated for several customers including myself. I found out from my regular mechanic that I had received the service they recommended just last year. So they lied about the condition of the service they said I really needed done. There was a big black oil/grease foot print left on my front floor mat. My oil light was left on and not reset. I was able to reset it myself by Googling it. I differently wouldn’t recommend. Just didn’t seem to be pride in their work and obviously not honest. Just my opinion.

Got a car through carvana and needed tires replaced they are on the service list for repair shops. After several days of back and fourth everything seemed ridiculously unorganized i picked up my car and dropped it off employees didnt know what work had been done and what had been looked at on my car they told they had looked at the car and myinsurance company denied my claim. I call the insurance to inquire ab why they denied the claim and firestone never actually even filed it it the first place . Stay away from here.

Do NOT recommend. Several questionable incidents with this & Urb locations. Firestone stores in the metro do not represent the well-known Firestone brand well. We have bought tires from them many times due to national coverage when traveling & various lifetime add ons, etc, but absolutely will never do business with any stores in this area again. Tires are too important for daily safety & can be too expensive to bother supporting untrustworthy company that does not care one bit about their clientele.

I brought my van in to get it checked over before a long road trip, and Scott made the entire experience easy and stress-free. His customer service was top-notch; clear communication, no pressure, and genuinely helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and explained what was needed without any runaround. The team did solid work, and thanks to Scott, I left feeling confident and ready to hit the road. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service from the Merle Hay location. The associate I spoke with was filling in from the south side and he was so helpful, patient, and kind. The work was done quickly and a thorough inspection was done with a list of recommendations for future maintenance. I was offered the Firestone credit card but had to decline, though I’m always grateful to know about my options. Firestone will continue to have my business!

I came in because I couldn't figure out the noise coming from my front suspension. It was Sunday and they were open, and I just walked in! "Peyton" The young man that helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable, even though he said he's pretty new to the job. With my car on the lift he actually showed me under my car what he was talking about instead of just trying to explain it to me in the lobby. Found some play in the rack and pinion and my front springs probably need replaced. Made another appointment for Tuesday :) Highly recommend!
