I just can't deal with this location anymore. today was the last straw. without exaggerating, I've lost track of how many times I've had problems at this location over the last couple of years. on at least two occasions, my daughter has stopped up there to grab a simple order of oil and filters, etc, and she'll get back to my house and we discover that they gave her the wrong items. oftentimes, the order isn't ready when the online system tells you it's supposed to be. which okay, maybe that's a system problem the store has no control over. but also, typically you never get a notification when they pull your order. today was a perfect example. I received my email notification after I had picked up my order. but anyhow, they called today to tell me my order was ready, which was supposed to be ready yesterday btw, and that was roughly 3 hours before I even got there. I walk in and I immediately noticed I'm missing two items. I grabbed the order sheet that they had on top of the order and sure enough, my items were listed on there. but the real problem lies with the individual that is typically working the counter there. I cringe every time I walk in the door and see him at the counter because I know I'm not going to be able to just get in and out in a timely manner. I don't know what he has going on so I'm not going to call him out by name, but he doesn't belong at the front counter. period! most of the time if you ask him something or say something to him, he'll just completely ignore you. and if he has to go find something, like he did today with me, you might as well just leave and go somewhere and eat lunch and then come back. seriously, I don't think anyone could move any slower if they purposely tried to. and then today just like other times I've been there, he doesn't understand how to operate the computer. Even after the ridiculous wait while he shuffled around the store at a snail's pace looking for my missing items, I was still held captive while he tried to find my order in the computer so I could leave. I was in that store for a total of roughly 25 minutes trying to pick up an order that was supposed to already be ready. and I probably would have been there even longer had I not flagged down the manager for assistance. it'll be a further drive for me, but it's time to start going to a different location.

Often don't have the parts on-hand and if you're dealing with Bill, chances are he will lookup the wrong part and the process will take twice as long. Parts availability on the website doesn't seem to match reality, either. Very challenging to get what I need in a timely manner from Napa. I usually end up getting what I need at O'reillys which is further away.

Was fixing the brakes on a 2006 Chrysler. Turns out Dodge used us all an an experiment. MY type of brakes was deemed trash. These guys helped me buy lines and explained how to flare fittings, sold me the right stuff. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW THEY HELPED! I didn't know where to go but these folks not only figured out the stuff I needed, they stood behind it. I COULD-NOT-HAVE fixed this without their expertise. This was a couple years ago, but deserves credit. They shared their skills and knowledge and I'm grateful!

I use this Napa store almost exclusively for my parts and paint. Matt, the store manager, is always really helpful and friendly as are the counter staff. Brad back in paint has been excellent to work with when I come in with restoration projects needing old paint codes matched. The store is well lit and always clean. My only knock is that the driveway could use a little less pitch so my car wouldn't scrape coming in and out.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I show up this morning at 7:35 which is 5 minutes after they opened. Standing in line for 10 minutes (no one in front of me) while two older employees were in the back just having a conversation like we weren't even there. And to top it all off, this month they had a special going on 20% off whatever you could fit in a 5 gallon bucket. So I got several items and still didn't get the 20% off. I was on the clock and in a hurry otherwise I'd be going back to get a refund.

Had to order parts to work on my car. I ordered them online and had them for pickup at this location. Two of the non-essential accessories did not come on the truck, but everything else was ready for me to pickup. The team was helpful and made sure I had all I needed to finish my project.
