Don't ever do business with the owner, went to go look at a bike and wouldn't let me test ride, kept talking as if he was a genius at bikes and bragging about how the work his shop does is superb. Bought a 2009 Honda Cbr600rr from him that was truly screwed through and through but wasn't honest with me at all. After riding for a week, the bike would turn over but wouldn't start, took it back to him and he blamed me saying I was cracking the throttle while starting the bike, saying I did that even while looking at the bike before I bought it which is impossible given all I was allowed to do when looking at the bike was sit on it. After bringing my bike back a week after first purchasing it, he said the sparks were fouled from dumping fuel and changed the plugs. A week later, same thing happened again, I called and called for three weeks and he kept dodging my calls, I got fed up and brought it to another well known shop in my area and they said they found score marks on the intake and exhaust side of the manifold and that oil was leaking into the cylinders due to ring failure. Never do business with this shop ever unless you intend to waste your money.

First of all, I would like to say that I have been looking for quite some time for a trustworthy repair shop. A friend referred me to Nick and his guys at Custom cycle and let me tell you these guys are Rockstars! Nick the owner was hands on every step of the way. I won't take my bike anywhere else for service. They pointed out things I didn't even know about and addressed them at a very fair price. I have to say it is rare to find a shop that goes above and beyond for their customers. Thanks Nick! I'll be back.

Great shop with fair pricing and the owner was great to work with. He did the 10,000 mile service on my Harley at 1/2 the price the big barn quoted me for. Not to mention they had an incredibly quick turnaround- it was ready the next day. The next day it was raining and he gave me the option to pick it up the next day. Great experience and highly recommend!

Brought in my 2012 CBR 250 — my old college bike. Never gave me trouble until it sat for a while and wouldn’t start. I’d already swapped the plugs, battery, and fuel myself, just needed a little help. Instead, I got charged $300 for Nicks hourly fee (proud to say: not a diagnostic fee) to take off the gas tank and tell me it was rusty (apparently “the worst he’s ever seen” — dramatic). Then he quoted me $1300 to fix that and a gas pump. That’s more than the bike’s worth, so I passed. When I picked it up, the rear turn signal was broken. Asked if it had fallen — Nick got weirdly defensive and said “Nice Try” it was already like that. It wasn’t. He also offered me $200 for the “broken bike”… so I’d basically would’ve have owed him $100 to get rid of it. Nice try. Left with more problems and less money. Never again.

This place is great! Nick took my bike right in, fixed my oil issue and had my tires available. I highly recommend bringing your bike here. He has a new customer for sure!

Nick was awesome!! Brought my 2004 Yamaha 650 in for a once over to make sure everything was good, as I just recently bought it from FB Marketplace and wanted to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Nick found that my rear wheel was completely loose on every spoke, and gave me a call right away! He explained everything in amazing detail so I knew what I was paying for and understood how it all worked. He understood I was on a budget and helped make it affordable to ride safely!! Overall, my experience was amazing and I will definitely be coming back for all future bikes and maintenance!! Thanks again Nick!!

Nick is a great guy to deal with. He worked on my 86 Honda V65 Magna, and 85 Honda Nighthawk. He did great work and are running better then ever before. I would highly recommend this shop to any family member or friend.

Amazing shop. This is the only shop that I’ll take my bikes to be worked on. They always stand behind their work. Whenever there as been an issue they always go above and beyond to correct the problem. I really appreciate the attention they put into my bikes to make sure I’m safe and ready to ride for the season
