Caliber Collision

I had my car repaired by Caliber Collision, and overall I received a nice finished product. The paint turned out wonderful. There were a couple snags along the way, however they went above and beyond to make it right in the end. Kyle and Chris communicated throughout the entire process and were very transparent regarding what was going on.

Great work, automated texts to keep you updated 1-2 times week on status of my SUV repair. Completed on time of promise date and SUV looks great! Would definitely recommend!! They even took my SUV in early because not really drivable too far and I needed a rental but could only get rental if SUV was at the shop. Very accommodating.

They did a great job with my car. Worked directly with insurance, made the process super simple. Kenny was awesome— communicated great along the way and was really personable. Could not recommend them more!

Bring your car here. Talk about above and beyond. I haven’t lived in Columbus very long and when my car was gouged by metal during high wind, I asked around about where to get it repaired. The unequivocal answer was Caliber on Hamilton Rd. I worked with Kenny for my repair and he was great! He was clear about the expected length of time they would have my car, I received regular updates about the status, and I even got it back a day sooner than estimated. The repair itself looks amazing. I would 100% take my car there again. *Extra Kudos* During the extreme cold, some cans of soda I forgot I had left in my car exploded and he called me to let me know AND said they would try their best to clean it up despite me telling him not to because it was my stupid mistake. I can barely tell there was a mess at all. I appreciate you all so much!

Could not be happier with my experience at Caliber Collision. From being welcomed at the service desk by the receptionist to scheduling an appointment online to working with Trent, everyone was friendly, caring, and efficient with their role in the repairs. After pick up, my car looked better than it had before my repairs and it’s a newer model that is well taken care of! I wish it didn’t require an accident to experience service and professionalism such as this!

Very professional service. I was updated at least twice a week. I got my truck back earlier than promised. Very nice job with the paint, it matched perfectly. And my truck was a filthy mess on the inside when I dropped off and when I picked up, they had cleaned my carpets and everything, like getting a new truck. Thank you Caliber and good job to the team.
