Horrible experience. I called before I came told them kind of car I had and they said to come in. I got there waited 20 minute just to be told they don’t do oil changes on my type of car. It would be nice if everyone was on the same page.

I don't know what it is about THIS particular Walmart Automotive, but the nicest group of men work threre. I pay very close attention to not only how customers are treated, but how co-workers interact. I've worked with the same older Filipino gentlman on 2 occasions, and both times, I've felt so at peace because he is just so nice, and I love watching everyone interact. If energy matters to you, this is the place to get your oil changed!

Horrible place do not come here, they use to be real good when John ran the place now they are horribles took 5 hours for an oil change in heard of. I will be contacting corporate to report this place for wasting customers time, they mostly just sit around and talk all day instead of taking are of customers.

Every bad review you see if this place is accurate. The only reason I came here is because I had a Walmart battery fail under warranty. This was the most convenient to come to. They give me an estimate of about 3 hours. 4 hours later I'm still waiting and they don't do anything until I confront the repairman and then they go to get my car into the bay. The lady at the front register was bad attitude and service when I try Ask a simple question. I almost wanted to go ignore warranty and pay $ $270 for a new battery elsewhere and install it myself.

I got a flat after running into a tire that was left on the freeway—there was no way to swerve without hitting another car. I brought my car to Walmart Tire early in the day, and thankfully, they were able to help me out. They had a tire for me in stock and I was able to pick a tire out beforehand on the app. The process was smooth, and everyone was helpful. I went home and came back 6+ hours later and that was okay with me. My spare tire wasn’t put back in the right place at first, but they quickly fixed it without any hassle. Emmanuel was especially kind and respectful. He made sure everything was taken care of and really made a stressful situation easier. Appreciate the help and great service! Tip: They get busy fast, I recommend making an appointment via Walmart app if you can.

Awful. I screwed up hit a curb leaving gym cut the sidewall on front and rear. Never in my life have I been so lucky. Regardless running online and local tire businesses for 10 20 years... it amazes me the service and under qualified people. They don't understand tires sizes can be altered. Sometime it's just to solve a problem right now. They find a way to not sell you a tire or just look for a solution is that so hard. So changing 2 tires brought to them going on 2 plus hours. I watch the older guy work. Struggling on the easiest of tires. Eventually they will get to mine. I just find it so funny the conversation calling. They literally are staring at the tires in stock Learn common sense tires size ratios I know it's alot to ask someone to learn their job. Tires range from all types of sizes. Figure out the person needs blah blah blah Im stuck here on a 20 min job hasn't started. Any other tire shop can understand how to work things in.
