Very friendly and efficient staff. They take care of Lucy make sure all her fluids are done properly, and she recently had a DTC error, they took care of that fast. It would be 5 Stars but is hard to get a hold of an advisor on the phone!

Came in for a recall on my Sonata Hybrid. Choose ABC Hyundai because the last Hyundai dealership I went to in LV came off shady and not customer oriented at all. Right off the bat the staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The gentleman could have easily pointed me in the direction I needed to go while my car was being taken care of…BUT he walks me to the this nice large comfortable waiting area pointing out different amenities I could enjoy while I waited. Letting me know he would call me when my car was ready, but if I needed anything to let him know. Treating me like I was a guest in their home, not a customer with a number. It was refreshing to see. I prepared prior by grabbing lunch on the way in, but they had snacks and drinks there. When I watched other employees as they worked they were also attentive to who they were working with and had sense of urgency in what they were doing. At the end I received an email of suggestions that I could select from to except or decline service done on my car. Have been in many a dealerships over the years. This one exceeded my expectations! Know ABC is my go to from here on out 😁

Had a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. I had an appointment , was taken right in. The reception area is very comfortable and they finished my car before the estimated time. Customer care was very professional . Thank you

My Husband and I have purchased two vehicles with Mike Vega and service them exclusively with the service department, Alex always looks out for us. No matter the reason we are there the staff and sales team go well past above and beyond. If you need a vehicle check this place out definitely EARNED my business, not something you see a lot today.

**Update: I opened my trunk to load groceries and SURPRISE ...I found more things they broke when the "repaired" the rear lights. Wonder if they will tell me "they were missing" when I pull in to enlighten them. The pictures are attached of the lining that they pulled from the frame to access the lights. The pins to hold the liner to the frame of the car were not put back, so it's just left like that. They NEVER RETURN IT IN THE SAME CONDITION IT ARRIVES!!!! The service department leaves a lot to be desired and I'm actually pretty pissed off at the moment. I turned my car in for a recall and a few other things under extended warranty in July which they still tell me this or that isn't covered....my extended warranty Is a premium bumper to bumper until 100,000 miles. So there's that of them always saying I'll be responsible for repairs but they don't look at my profile. Anyway, they fix it after having it for 4 days but fail to install the anti-theft recall and stickers. They also said the back brake light bulb needed to be replaced but when I got it home to change it, the fixture was melted. DID THE MECHANIC EVEN LOOK AT IT? Turned out that there was a recall on it that THEY should have caught. They are so busy trying to upcharge for repairs they fail to even look and see if #1. Hyundai covers those repairs and then #2. fight me about my warranty PURCHASED at the dealership when I bought the car, HYUNDAI sold me this warranty. So, I Took it back in today to get the tail light fixed and they took my car apart to "inspect it" and failed to put the glove box screw in where there opened it to look at the cabin filter. I opened the glove box to replace the insurance card they left on the dash and everything fell on the floor because they lost the clips that hold it in place and just decided to close it like that. I'm glad I found that before I left!!! They do more damage to my car than they fix. It's borderline insane. Derek spent 10 minutes trying to get new ones to replace it, and the mechanic in the shop said "they were missing". That is a Complete lie! Hyundai service in general has been bad for the last 6 years.... Hyundai dealerships have changed my oil and failed to replace the dipstick....no joke, I found out after I drove it 500 miles to Idaho the next day. They ruined the battery harness of my other Hyundai replacing the alternator and battery 6 times ...all that time failing to find out it was under recall from engine oil leaking and ruining alternator (The battery guy at Sam's club told me about that) If this car wasn't under warranty I'd never see them. They can't be trusted. I don't normally dont reviews about car dealerships or service but after all of this BS, I've had enough!!! All they do is say "oh, we're sorry.....no "sorry" doesn't cut it.

I always have a good experience with ABC Hyundai. But, this time was different…..IT WAS EVEN BETTER!!! Carrie treated me like I had a $60,000 vehicle. She explained all that needed to be done with my vehicle and worked with the budget that I had. I definitely would recommend others. Also, I enjoyed the waiting area where I can do some work and have a latte.

Hyundai’s Service Team was Great! They fully took care of me when I needed help the most and got my car back in good standing. Carrie from there Service is simply why I put 5 stars. She is great and her attention to Care is beyond expectations.

My first maintenance, my first encounter with the folks at the service dept. All is good! Checked me in promptly and was ushered to the waiting lobby. The wait time is short; did not opted for a loaner. Looking forward for a tire rotation to be included on my next visit.

Has some issue with the car smoking and stalling when it only had 54k mileage on it . Our service advisor “Dom” did everything he could to make sure we were updated, and taken care of completely. Helped us have our service which were covered under warranty and provided excellent service . The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t have chosen another dealership.
