I continue to have awful experiences with the (lack of) service department at Gaudin Ford. I have had issues with past service - including damages done during service. Things happen. I understand that. But now it is near impossible to even get your vehicle in for service here. Then, when you finally do, they can’t diagnose what the issue is. The expectation is that you can bring the vehicle in the next day and leave it for an undetermined amount of time. I could not do that. Like the majority of people, I don’t have time to be in the service department just randomly. You would think that they work with you to find a new time. You would be wrong. I never heard from anyone again. Now, when I have some family members that can help me out in getting my vehicle brought in, there are no appointments for a week. And they only take appointments. I would also like to add that they are not reliable when it comes to a loaner vehicle either. I have been promised a loaner in the past and then told they had none when I brought my vehicle in for service. There are a number of great people that work at this dealership. Maybe someone could point me to a person in the service department that can help.

This place has been nothing but disappointing. I had a warranty issue with my truck and since the repair I’m now on my 4th visit to fix an oil leak. Not to mention, along the way they scratched, dented the side, and tore up the bottom of the vehicle. All the while saying there is no oil leak. They tell you they will fix things and promise quick service. Then they ghost you and won’t return calls. I could list all of the details of my experience but It doesn’t matter. Bottom line is I think they are capable of doing a good job I just believe they don’t care to. *** PRIME EXAMPLE. SEE THEIR RESPONSE. ***** Hey we care, Please call a Manager to discuss. TOO BAD THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE... WHAT A JOKE

A simple phone call would go a long ways. 8am appointment for service on my car. Dropped off vehicle, and Jonathan says I'll give you an update at 330 on status of your car. (Was quoted 2 hour repair for an 8am appointment) 330 comes and goes and I call and call and no one would answer the phone. Have to drive all the way across town just to get an update on the car, at which point they still want to play games and say you have to talk to service advisor that checked you in. Find it hard to believe someone can't just give you a quick status update. Anyways 5pm now before closing time advisor finally rolls in and says tech got caught up couldn't get it today for my 8 am appointment. Sure things happen, ever considered answering the phone, returning a phone call or even taking 10 seconds to send a quick text so don't have to waste 45 minutes driving accross town for nothing. The incompetence of this service department is quite amazing. If you chose to take your car here good luck getting so much a phone call with an update. Complete waste of time, good news is Chevy will happily take my money and update me on the status. Stay away and save yourself time and gas.

If there’s a negative 0 stars, I would rate my experience here. I had a mobile service for the first time to try as it would be more convenient but ended up having air noise and my AC not working after the service. Of course they denied they cause the problem so I ended up having to pay for repairs for my AC. I don’t recommend this place for any service.

I had a 10:15 appointment on Friday the 12th for a recall repair. I reported to the service department who sent me to commercial vehicle repair. My car is a personal vehicle so this was confusing. I was told the vehicle would be delivered to my home after the repair that same day. The next morning, I called to get the vehicle status. They had no record of my car even being scheduled for repair. Dawn in service was very helpful and managed to locate my car. They were able to do the repair and deliver it after yet another phone call. This department is very disorganized.
