Sam's Club Tire & Battery

We had a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on. After getting it towed to Sam's Club, Chris took the time to listen to us and found a way to get our tire repaired the same day even though they were super busy. His customer service skills are the best I've ever experienced at an auto shop. I felt listed to and respected as a female, which I haven't felt in many auto shops in Vegas. My husband was even there, but because I started discussing it with him first, he talked directly with me. We will be buying our next set of tires for our truck there soon. Chris is definitely an asset to Sam's Club. Thank you!

Called the tire spot because I bought a single tire the day before and I wanted to get a matching tire. I asked if I should schedule an appointment or if I should come in at 8am. Mind you it’s Monday. The kid or person on the phone told me they were booked till Saturday. Really bro!!! Trying to laugh this off. Discouraging customers by telling them this is ridiculous. Hire more people if the current staff cannot handle the workload.

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if i could. I’m from California and got a flat tire while out in Vegas. My dad is the one with the membership to sams club so i was trying to contact this store to find out if they could even help me. I kept trying to call for over an hour and just kept getting put on hold and transferred from membership services to the tire department (who kept leaving me on hold or just plain out not answering!). I finally gave up and decided to just come in. Only to have to wait in a line with one person in front of me for more than 25 minutes (while listening to the phones ring and ring only for no one to answer them). And then when i FINALLY get up to the front of the line the guy doesn’t even let me finish my sentence to tell me he can’t help me AT ALL in a rude condescending tone. THAT would have been nice to know before wasting all that time, maybe you guys should ANSWER THE PHONE ONCE IN A WHILE. 11/10 would never recommend during an emergency
