Big O Tires

Broke my ignition by not pressing release button to turn back key for removal. I’ve had this happen before unfortunately. Not willing to take responsibility saying the car still started when backing it out of bay. I noticed something wrong immediately and when key was removed after I moved the car 150’ and tried to start it again and the ignition would not work. This will be the second time I’ve fixed the same thing on this car from people not knowing about the key release. Manager Chris said I should have told them about the release, true….. but don’t just break it into submission if you can’t figure it out. Maybe ask. I don’t review often. Only for exceptional or terrible service. Update: The district manager asked me for the chance to make it right which I reluctantly agreed to since the store is under new management. The store manager Russell called to inform me that my cylinder went bad and was the problem and that they could fix it and would provide me a quote. I looked at repairpal to see what a fair price may be as I’m lazy and busy. The quote came back high in my opinion (around $480) so I declined and took the car back. I actually believed the new store manager Russell so I was quite surprised when I began removing ignition components myself. See the videos below. I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. The agent at Big O Tires was helpful and honest. Explained the tire couldn’t be fixed because thread was too low. I explained I had to inform my husband I couldn’t get it fixed. However, he offered to put air in tire so I could make it home. I appreciated that.

I asked the team to save my Big-O-Tire branded tire from a damaged tire rim and replace it with my spare rim instead. Despite their hesitation due to the difficulty of the tire removal process they were willing to do the job. The team were done after an hour and were able to salvage the tire. The manager was empathetic and kind.

Usually a Big O fan. Went to the Boulder store for a trailer tire, none available today but in stock at Rainbow. Okay, drive over to the store and they don’t have the 10 ply. They can order for me to install tomorrow, but I stay closer to the Boulder shop. Went out to talk with my partner about the options that I was given. When I came back in, Russell, who told me it was his first day said that he couldn’t order a tire for another store. I wish I had not driven an extra half hour one way in traffic with my pull behind trailer for this to happen. I can call the other shop myself but it feels like someone dropped the ball

Go see Dee! Real hustler! If not for him, I would have walked out! Real people person who changed my experience! When I walked in, there was a young lady who let me stand there without greeting me! Dee was on the phone at the time. As soon as he hung up, he greeted me and went out to my vehicle and literally laid on the floor to find the puncture in my tire.

This store has amazing customer service. They have a new General Manager and you can really see he is working hard to gain business and help his customers out. He even gave me a ride to my daughter’s school to drop off her car and gave me a ride back to Big O to get my car. I used to be a discount tire company customer for 20 years but with customer service like this you now have me as a customer. I got four new tires. Thank you for hiring such a great leader at this store.

Will was awesome. They told me at first they had my tire size in stock but it turned out they didn’t. Will went to a different location to pick up the tire. In my opinion he went above and beyond for me and I’m thankful.

I constantly go to Big O Tyres as I always receive great service. This location was no exception. Manager Russell & his guys helped get me taken care of, even though short handed, with diagnosing, price conscious part sourcing, diligently testing & solving my misfiring problem. This was a time sensitive issue for me & so I am very appreciative of their efforts & first class service. Thank you!

I've been to this location several times over the years and have always been treated with thorough and complete service with no hassles. I stopped by when they opened today at 7:30 am and Russel quickly checked me in and got my car in the garage. There was a razor blade in my tire and I was worried it couldn't be patched due to the size of the puncture. Russel said he'd have the tech inspect it and patch it if possible. If not, he was ready to get new tires installed the same day. Fortunately, a patch was all that was needed and I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. Wonderful service as always.
