Wow oh Wow we’ve not ever had better service in our liiives! The tow driver was so super nice and friendly when he picked up our car. And Kevin is stupendous at his job! Give him a bonus or something immediately! The communication was so on point the entire time. I’ve not ever felt so comfortable with a garage having my car so long. They were quick and efficient! We will only be taking our cars to AAA’ auto shop on Rainbow the remainder of the time we live in the city. Thank you so much to the tow drivers, the mechanics and all the staff at this AAA auto shop! Especially KEEEVIN! (Home alone mom’s voice) haha! They made our Holidays so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Happy Holidays to AAALL! ❤️

My car was towed to aaa auto repair after having a leak and smoking from the hood. Aaa ran a diagnostic and said it needed new hoses which they replaced with a completely different part instead of the original. The part was listed as $13 online and I was charged $66 for the wrong part. I was charged a total of $549 even after the manager discount. Code 209 also displayed after having a second check done on the vehicle there were multiple other problems that I was not advised of I was simply given a short listed of recommendations. I feel the proper repairs were not completed on my vehicle and though the customer service was great I feel I was scammed and the car was not completely fixed properly. I would not recommend this location.

I had a great experience at the AAA SW LV auto center. No time was wasted when I was doing some proactive maintenance on my car, and the team here was able to get some routine maintenance done along with replacement tires all in the same day. Shout out to them s they were quick to order the tires the morning of my appointment and get everything done. Looking forward to my next service appointment here.

Great service all the way around. My usual mechanic couldn’t look at my car for a couple weeks… I’ve used AAA for oil changes/roadside assistance, and decided to see if they had any sooner availability. Robert took my call, he was extremely helpful and patient as I summarized the issue. He worked on several estimates based on what I told him and said I could bring in the car the next AM. When I arrived in the AM I was met with great customer service, Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was fixed the same day and they even offered me a ride to and from, so my husband didn’t have to leave work. Wonderful service at this branch… will be ditching the old mechanic and coming here for any future needs. Thanks again!

I have been extremely happy with the service at AAA Southwest Las Vegas auto repair. When my drivetrain needed replacing, they did the work for about half what the dealership wanted using GM parts. Most recently, my oil pressure sensor went out and they were able to get it fixed same day. They are very easy to work with and keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. I have already recommended them to my friends, so I might as well recommend them to the public.

Don’t come here even if you have AAA. The quality of service is nothing like the roadside assistance. A terrible pothole left by construction cracked my front axle. I came here to get it replaced. A month later the differential disconnects from the front axle and I am left stranded in the middle of the road. They fixed it for free, but after some time it has started to make rough whooshing sounds. They used cheap parts or they definitely did not fix it correctly. Go somewhere else.

I was shocked when they quoted me a staggering $2,000 to repair my LX470. Frustration set in as I realized I would have to tow my vehicle to another shop, where I could get the same repairs for only $300. To make matters worse, they still expected me to cough up $200 for a diagnostic that ended up being utterly pointless. It felt like I was being taken for a ride!
