Honest, Trustworthy Customer Service: After shopping and comparing 5 different quotes, I responded to Mike's invitation to call him for a more accurate estimate of my 60k mi. service. Mike actually went line by line and reviewed the SAME INFORMATION I had for my Outback and explained thoroughly how some items may fluctuate based on my actual need and recent work. He would inspect everything. This was unusual and appreciated - no one else offered real human personalization. 2. Quality Service: I've had much longer wait times at dealerships and other shops. This team delivered a thorough service package and Mike communicated clearly along the way. 3. The Price is Right. Even though this shop is a 30 minute drive from my home, I will gladly make the trip from now on. The price was just right and Mike is an MVP of customer service. Thank you!

Mike’s Busy Bots Auto Repair is the best car repair shop I ever had. He provides excellent repair service promptly and is always looking for the best and lowest cost parts. His experience working for past employers like Chrysler gives him skills few mechanics ever achieve. He always trying to help customers get the best results for their vehicles for the best price. His shop is unlike many repair places that are obviously focused only on increasing their profits. He always has a big smile on his face and in his voice! I have been thoroughly impressed by the experience that Mike provided. Every time I reached out, he was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer. I felt like my concerns were genuinely heard and addressed with care. This is the second time I went to see Mike at Busy Bots. My Ford Edge is old, but I can officially say I found a local trust worth auto shop. Mike takes timebto explain everything as to not get any surprises. Great communications through out the process. Completed jobs have exceeded my expectations. Love this place.

Mike is absolutely amazing. I have been to so many dealerships and constantly feel that I get quoted outrageous prices and given the run around. Once I found mikes busy bots auto repair he was able to provide every service required with no issue, his communication is top tier and I will always bring my vehicle to his shop. I always refer family as well, you will not be disappointed!!
