Las Vegas Sprinter Repair Introduce

Welcome to Las Vegas Sprinter Repair, an Auto Repair Station located at 0239 7010 W Russell Rd in Las Vegas, specializing in the repair of Sprinter vans. You can contact us at (725) 433-3955 or our mobile number +1 725-433-3955 for your service needs.

Based on available customer feedback, experiences have varied. One customer reported positive service, highlighting the shop's willingness to accommodate a road trip emergency on short notice by diagnosing a check engine light issue on a 2005 Sprinter, ordering an EGR valve, and getting them back on the road in a timely manner. This customer appreciated the understanding of their situation and the effort to assist them.

However, another customer expressed significant dissatisfaction, suggesting that the shop may not possess specialized expertise in Sprinter vehicles and might be related to "All European Auto Repair." This customer reported that the shop made mistakes during the repair process, only partially fixed the initial problem (potentially worsening it), and took considerably longer than the initial estimate. Ultimately, this customer had to take their Sprinter to a dealership for complete and faster repairs, advising others to consider a Sprinter dealer first and stating they would not return to this shop.

It's important for potential customers to consider these contrasting experiences when deciding on a service provider for their Sprinter van repairs.

Las Vegas Sprinter Repair Customer Reviews

We had a check engine light come on with our 2005 Sprinter. We were on a road trip and not planning on staying in Las Vegas and the van was in limp mode and could only go 45 mph uphill. It was December 23 and with Christmas coming we were in a bind. They rearranged their schedule to squeeze us in, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new EGR valve and got us back on the road. It was really great that they realized we were in a bind and got us back on the road.

From what I could tell, this shop is not at all a sprinter expert. It seems to be the same as "All European Auto Repair". They made some mistakes which they mostly fixed for free. They also only partially fixed the problem / most likely made it worse. They also took weeks longer than their original quote of an afternoon. I ended up taking it to a sprinter dealer, which repaired everything (including this shop's mistakes) in just a couple days. It would have been much cheaper and faster to just go to the dealer in the first place. I definitely won't be taking my sprinter back here. (This would be a 1-star review, except that they were fairly friendly and nice about fixing their mistakes)

Update: (01/04/2021) It was a good service before and now they are horrible. Refer to my update For some reason my current review has been deleted. This business owned by less than honorable people. Performing unnecessary repairs. Their business principle is "highway robbery" Plus they damaged my van by hitting to cross-brace of the lift and they denied it. Insurance inspectors went to their place and confirmed my claim. I have a good insurance and they took care of what dishonest people did. This is a place you need to stay away.

Very good service on my sprinter van. They take a more measured, down to earth approach than the dealership and are not pushy. Willing to discuss realistic options rather than recommend services based only on the mileage of the vehicle.

We were traveling through Las Vegas when we started having engine noises. After calling several shops and getting the run around we called this place. Their sprinter mechanic took the time to listen to the engine and talk to us. They rearranged their schedule to fix the problem so we could continue on our way. Great Service! Thank you!

I just purchased a 2007 Sprinter that is converted into a campervan. I wanted to make sure everything was good with the engine so i searched online for and this place had good reviews. So I called and made an appointment. When I called a very nice lady answered and explained that they do a 60 point inspection and it would cost $145 but if I decided to get any of the repairs done at there shop, the $145 would be used toward the cost of the repairs. I brought in the sprinter the next morning and they said it would take a few hours to do the inspection. They were also nice enough to get me an Uber back to my friends house that lived close by. I finally got a call later in the afternoon by a gentleman saying it would cost about $4500 to do all of the repairs needed. I decided I only needed to do a wheel alignment and a transmission fluid change. He said ok. I was kind of expecting to get a call when It was done, but they never called that day. The next morning I called them and they said it would be finished at 5pm. Ok so my buddy needed to run some errands so he dropped me off there at 3pm and I just hung out in the waiting room. I waited until about 6pm when they said it was almost ready to go and I could sign the paper work and pay the fee. When I looked at the itemized invoice, the $145 inspection fee was on the list. I kindly told the gentleman that the fee was supposed to be waived, so he did take it off, but I didn't like the fact that wasn't removed before. After waiting a little longer in the office, they said it was almost ready. Around 6:30pm they brought my sprinter to the front near the office and I wanted to just make an update video for my instagram. The man driving gets out and tells me everything is ready to go... so I get in, and when I look in the back of the van, some of my cabinetry is on floor destroyed and and a few other items are out and messed up. I could also tell someone looked in my drawers. I tried telling one of the mechanics that things aren't right, but he just looked at me and said "What do you want me to do about it?" I just paid $675 to these guys and sure they did the job of working on my transmission and wheel alignment, but someone broke some of the cabinetry and it didn't seem like anyone cared or wanted to help with that situation. So I will not be going back to this shop.
