First Class Body Shop

Had a great experience here getting some body work done on my vehicle. Eva was great to work with and her team did awesome work. It was reasonably priced, the paint work was perfect, and after completing the repair you couldn’t even tell there was any damage to the vehicle.

Not there more than 30 seconds and rudely told they didn't have time for me. First, the woman who apparently is the office person, gave a weird attitude because I was interrupting her conversation. I mentioned my car did not have collision damage but I was looking to replace my headlight assemblies because they were not working correctly. She told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. I said I was not in a rush. She said, "No it will be 3 weeks before we have the time to give you an estimate." Wow, it must be nice to have business going so well.

This shop is Under New Ownership as of the last few months, since I've been going there. I have had several repairs done at All Team's Auto Shop and been very happy with how I was treated and the way the work got done. I never felt up sold, or over charged and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They seem to do only what needs done, even when I was afraid it might be more of an issue, once they look it over, they seem to tell it like it is, good or bad. I appreciate that. This is rare, but I actually think I can trust this shop to do the minimum work required, at a fair price and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I will continue to use them as needed. Good mechanics are hard to find, partly because not all mechanics are good, but also in part because we as customers have certain hopes for (low) costs and what we hope does or more to the point, what we hope doesn't need repaired. One of the things I like at All Team is they have always taken pictures of any damaged parts of my car so I can see for myself why they think that this or that are causing me problems. It really helps me feel better about forking over the cash. To give you an idea, I'm not a full time LV resident, but my first repair at All Team was AC related and I just wanted it fixed, it was 120* out and I wasn't waiting till I left Vegas to have AC, so I took a chance on All Team, based on nothing but convenience. I was pleased enough with how I was treated and the quality of service, that when I needed my next repair (brakes), I waited until I was back in Vegas to have All Team do it. That went well, so I had them do another job that needed done. Trusting a mechanic is huge and it's fragile, but so far so good, I hope it's this way for years! Of course, now I expect to get some good miles in before any other work is done, but this does give you all an idea. I recommend this shop.

I am so extremely happy with my experience with First Class Body Shop!! Eva went above and beyond to help with getting my vehicle repaired after I was involved in an accident. From the first phone call she made me feel at ease! She had my vehicle towed in and dealt with the insurance company through the whole process on my behalf. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the man who hit me was denying a few parts needed, claiming it was prior damage. The crew at this shop made sure to cover everything, and put up a big fight to get my vehicle fixed properly!! I feel so thankful to have found this shop!! My repairs came with a lifetime warranty! Oh and be sure to say hello to her little pups that greet and cuddle with you while waiting :) if you are ever involved in a collision, make the right choice and protect your self by choosing this shop!

I was involved in a hit and run accident and had to use my own insurance for the repairs on my 2014 Nissan Altima. I have a $1000.00 deductible and was so happy to find out that this shop waives a portion of deductibles! The technician I dealt with was Alex, he was so kind and knowledgeable!! I left ny vehicle for repairs feeling confident with my decision. They did an amazing job!! The car looked like nothing happened! The color was a perfect match, they did an amazing job!! Also the money I saved on my deductible was a great help considering I had graduation expenses at the time. Thank you First Class Body Shop for everything!
