Best customer service experience ever! They're thorough and honest. They stay in communication throughout the entire process. Knowledgeable, professional, genuine . Best repair shop I've ever encountered. Don't think twice, call Kris for all of your auto body repair needs. My only regret is not going to them sooner!!

If you're a "you get what you paid for" type of person, you're in the right place. If you own a European car, this is the place to be. You don't rush perfection, and that's the motto here. You're entrusting your vehicle with the best mechanics in town, so be patient and rest assured that your vehicle is in good hands. From initial diagnostic followed by a thorough report of all the findings, Johnny did a phoneomenal job at keeping me posted with the findings. Receiving an entire report with photos to back up the extend or the repairs is how you knoe the right people are working on your car. I would recommend this shop to any European vehicle owner! Don't waste your time at the dealer, bring your vehicle to All European!

I can’t say enough good things about All European Auto Repair. They fixed my car just in time for Thanksgiving, which was a huge relief. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in perfect condition. The turnaround time was impressive, and they kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This is an honest and reliable shop. I use to come here years ago and recently came again with my current car. I had an emergency that i needed my car fixed quickly for. They got me in right away!

As far as I go All European Auto Repair is A1 with me, I got with Johnny and from day 1 to the end of my repairs everything went as he said, called me when he said he would, made sure of what I wanted to do and made necessary recommendations so that I wldnt be coming back 2 weeks or 2 months getting something worked on that should've been done in the first place. The atmosphere in the office was peaceful, NO "shadiness" everything was up front and out in the open...a saying that I ran across sums up All European Auto Repair-Las Vegas, "What's understood in the beginning doesn't have to be explained in the end..." THANKS Johnny and the rest of the team at All European Auto Repair-Las Vegas. Keep up the good work!!!!

I really trust the work of this company. As a woman, I received all the attention and willingness to answer my questions. The fact they have a digital vehicle inspection with Video Presentation was the most pleasant experience of all. I learn some parts of my car and exactly where the Technician was going to work. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but I know he did an excellent job. He deserves all my respect and recognition. All the answers I got from Chad and Chris in clear, full-color video presentation. That was fantastic! Chad and Kris are absolutely incredible. Not to mention Horlando who drove me home and picked me up to pick up my car on numerous occasions. Everyone is very professional and kind. I will definitely hand my car over to these professionals if I have any problems again.

There is no one else I trust working on my Range Rover. It is and older model with high mileage, so I’ve been there many times. I feel confident taking my car in for repairs without my husband. They take the time to explain work in detail. They even dumb it down for a lady who has zero car knowledge. lol. I really do enjoy this team. Especially Johnny, he gives 5 star customer service.
