Tier 1 Autohaus

I found out about Tier1 Autohaus through my friend V, who works there. I brought in my brand-new Hummer EV after noticing significant factory paint damage, and V was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire process. From start to finish, the team at Tier1 was professional and meticulous. The paint on my Hummer now looks like a mirror. It’s absolutely stunning. V kept me updated while the car was in the shop, and though they asked to keep the car a little longer than estimated to allow the ceramic coat to settle properly, I didn’t mind in the end because the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Highly recommend.

Hard to find really good customer service combined with really good products these days. I’m so incredibly pleased with the tint they did on my Tesla model 3. Other places wanted to charge upwards of $1,600. These guys were less than half of that. The communication was phenomenal, and the explanation of after care and other products was helpful as well. Solely based on their quality of work and fair pricing, I’m headed back to get the ceramic coating done later this month.

Needed newer tint for my Corolla. Set up an appointment for the next day. Removed the old tint and replaced it with new tint. Very good job. Very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person.

Excellent results and quick turnaround time. Paint corrections are very time consuming and high attention to detail and the vehicle looks amazing. I was contacted for pickup before I had to even think about asking for an update, as well as being greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean/modern facility which also gives you peace of mind. Highly recommended, Tony and Austin are very easy to work with.

Tier 1 Autohaus did an excellent job with front end ppf and tinting the driver and passenger side windows on my new Tesla Model Y Launch Series! V was on top of everything and gave excellent communication from start to finish! I was impressed with how clean the car was when I picked it up and they scheduled me for a two week follow up to check everything. I would recommend Tier 1 Autohaus if you need ppf or tint!

Tier 1 Autohaus is the best. The sales manager “V” has unparalleled focus on customer service, something rare today. We did a total PPF wrap, Ceramic Coat, Ceramic Window Tint all around (including windshield and panoramic roof), and Window Protection Film. We encouraged them to take their time, but they still managed to get it done in 4 days. After curing, they will inspect the job to make sure there are no imperfections. I look forward to the same on my 2025 GX550 arriving in May!
