Service Department - Desert 215 Superstore

Desert 215 services all of my vehicles. My advisor Jose always responds quickly and keeps me well informed regarding my vehicles. The techs have done a great job of fixing my vehicles quickly, and correctly. One of the main reasons we buy our vehicles here is Jose and his team! 7 or 8 cars in 2 years....repeat customers.

Desert 215 Superstore and their parent company Lithia Motors are a bunch of dishonest liars. Every time I have taken my vehicle there, they don't fix anything and end up damaging or breaking something else. I am a 100% disabled Veteran, on a recent visit, the Service department did $4000.00 dollars in damages to my Braun under carrier lift for my motorized wheelchair. I informed the Service manager immediately, because my Braun UVL would not open for me to load my wheelchair. The Service manager and the General Manager then both proceeded to lie to my face, saying they did not damage my Braun UVL. I wrote Lithia , the parent company and was told they are not going to take responsibility. I have never seen such a poorly run dealership, Desert 215 Superstore really sucks, now I know why. The Lithia Corporate office sucks, so I guess it doesn't surprise me that their dealerships suck !!!! BEAWARE ALL VETERANS, do yourself favor and avoid Desert 215 Superstore, & Sarah Ram dealership and all Lithia owned dealerships. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER !!!! They will damage your vehicle and equipment and then not take responsibility for their actions !!! If you are in the Las Vegas , do yourself a favor, take your vehicle to Towbin Dodge, Ram or Chapman, this will save you time and your sanity, not to mention your pocket book. AVOID LITHIA MOTORS AND IT'S DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COST !!!! CROOKS !!!!

I brought my car in for service because the oil filter was leaking. The car is still under warranty. After dropping it off, I went to the waiting room. Four hours later, I called for an update, but the representative couldn’t tell me where my car was and simply promised to call back. No one did. I went to the office in person, only to find out that they had completely forgotten about my car. As a result, I ended up waiting there for nearly five hours and couldn't pick up my children from school. I just hope the company didn’t bill my insurance for an oil change. If they did, they should be taken to court. Will see the next time

I strongly recommend the desert215 service department. They consistently demonstrate a willingness to assist me with all my Jeep concerns. Henry provided a comprehensive explanation of how my recall Jeep wrangler 4xe issues will be resolved accurately and promptly. Jose was attentive to my needs during the oil change service. Overall, the desert215 team comprises knowledgeable and friendly individuals. 5 stars all around!

This is the 2nd time I've had my Jeep serviced by Desert 215 and the second time that Kevin assisted me as my service point-of-contact. I really appreciate how kind he is and how he always kept me in the loop with respect to what was needed to fix my Jeep, and the timing that it would likely take to correct. Great experience overall and I recommend to anyone in need of service.

Fortunately I only have to do oil changes and tire rotations minor maintenance with my 2017 longhorn, we recently added a 1950 dodge Ram hood ornament, & a linkswells G-6 screen from a local LV Fabracator, I wouldn’t trust this truck with just anyone.

Great service. Jennifer is amazing. She has helped me out in every way possible. She was right there with me since day one. There was not one thing she didn't do. She did her out most to make sure my car was given the best service. Tech was amazing as well. Thank you for everything. This the reason I always bring my car in to 215 Super Store. Always has the best quality in customer service and auto service.
