I had an amazing experience at 777 Nissan! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Panda, my service advisor, went above and beyond to help me choose the best option for my car. She took the time to walk me through all the available packages and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I also love that this new location opened—it’s so much closer to me than the previous ones I’ve visited, and the modern design is absolutely beautiful. The waiting area is impeccable, making the entire experience even better. Could not recommend 777 Nissan more! If you’re looking for top-notch service and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go! Panda always takes great care of me. She makes it a point to text me to make sure I'm up on my service. She makes it a point follow up and I greatly appreciate that. Being able to text her with any questions or needs is unlike any other dealership I have experienced. The service department sending me pictures of my car during their inspection, is top tier. I'll never have my car serviced anywhere else! They even wash it when they're done.

Great customer service experience @ 777 Nissan! The positive customer service experience started on the phone with Panda, to schedule my service appointment, to meeting Jason, Service Advisor who was, kind, patient, knowledgeable & provided awesome service with aloha!!! 🤙🏼 The facility is beautiful. The customer service model is outstanding (shout out to the owner/leadership), non-commissioned based and while I was there, I was able to meet some of the other incredible staff like Sean, the sales manager. Stellar service from Josh, who gave me a tour of the facility, & offerings, no pressure. I also met a cool cat from Iceland… I think he was a finance manager. In any event, the entire experience was awesome. I will be back and I have recommended them to family & friends! I recommend you all check out Jason & the crew @ Nissan 777! Mahalo & God Bless…🙏🏼💜

I purchased a 2025 Pathfinder Rock Creek. Pedro was so very helpful from the beginning: from when I told him I was interested in the Scarlett Red about a week before purchase, to the very end when I had a whole bunch of questions. We talked about the features of the car. After I purchased the vehicle, he showed me how everything works, answered all my questions. If he didn't know, he would go ask. I would definitely work with him again if I'm in the market for a new vehicle. Ruben at the Sales tower came over to introduce himself and worked with me and my requests. Scott, in finance, was so nice. He explained everything along the way. We joked, talked about family. 777 Nissan definitely makes you feel important and welcomed. Thank you to the whole team that helped with the purchase.

Night and day difference between this place and other dealers I've been to in town. My service writer was great to deal with. My truck appears to be working better now and the clean and organized look of the service area and friendly other service writers made it a place I plan on going from now on.
