Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They blew up my radiator ( pressure crack from servicing ) and crack the oil filter housing. Offered me a free oil change as compensation. Refuse to do anything about oil filter housing since there was a service bulletin out for it they did not follow the instructions or make the indication that they perform the check on the service or even tell me about it ( see photo) and the leak did not happen until AFTER there service, it even States how to torque the oil filter yet they torqued it so high it left marks on the filter. but at least they said "sorry about that"

The staff was friendly, courteous & professional! They went above & beyond the call for duty when I asked to clean my windshields. I was using a walker at the time & they walked with me to the waiting room where I sat while they serviced my car. The waiting room was exceptionally warm which I really appreciated because I am so cold natured.

First time customer. Service is good and thorough but the price is outrageous!! Cost me$200 bucks for an oil and cabin filter change and that was with a $10 off coupon! The dealer only charges me $75 for the same service. I will not be back!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They send you great coupons for oil changes. The wait wasn't long. I love that you don't have to get out of your vehicle. I totally recommend them.

Good service and nice people. I also liked the fact they had very knowledgeable female employees because girls seem to be more concerned with detail and organization and I want my oil changed by observant, detailed organized people! Good job and competitive pricing!!!

Very professional and friendly. I love the visuals used to show us what they are doing. I could hear the checks as one asked about an item and another completed that system check. I was pleased with the entire process. Great job!

Took the car in for an oil change and 24 hours later there was no oil left in the car and the engine needs replaced. Not only did they deny the claim, they refuse to take accountability and didn’t even offer to reimburse the oil change. Do not go here. Horrible horrible horrible. This is a new car, and this was the first oil change. They denied the claim with little to no investigation. They told us the only way to get the info for their insurance is to go to court. Do not go here. Yes they are fast and convenient, but now a new car is out of commission because they messed something up and refuse to take accountability.
