This man does great work, I refuse to go anywhere else in Knoxville for exhaust. Very professional and I’ve never seen a bad weld from him. Highly recommend!

Fausto The Owner of Oak Ridge Muffler is a real Pro. His work and attention to detail is second to none. He was very knowledgeable about my car, make and model and I felt super comfortable with the work he performed. He gave me a great price and I was in and out of the shop in under 45 minutes. In my opinion he went above and beyond and I definitely recommend. He helped me remove a seized O2 sensor and also added a new small section of pipe that had a tiny hole. Very meticulous work. Thank you!

I stopped by for a quote. Has an appointment two hours later. My new muffler installed and on my way in under 40 minutes. Great service and a fair price.

I bought a straight piped truck off marketplace and kept getting pulled over. He got me in at 4:30 and offered me an extremely reasonable price. I ended up tipping him extra. The welds looked good and he had me out by 5:30. He was super friendly. If I ever have more exhaust work I'll definitely bring it to him

My car's exhaust system was getting louder, and I finally had time to take care of it. Oak Ridge Muffler was recommended by our mechanic. I stopped by expecting to make an appointment and come back at a later date. I was pleasantly surprised when the issue was diagnosed immediately and repaired within 40 minutes. The cost was more than fair too! It is such a great feeling when you find competent business owners you can trust to work on your car.

Chuck's Car Care recommended taking my holey muffler to Oak Ridge Muffler. Not muffler, hole in catalytic converter. Was told i had 2 options: wield the hole or replace converter. Was given the pros and cons of each option. Since the wield couldn't be a reasonable fix (questionable viability), went with replacement (definitely more expensive). GLAD I DID! In some 15 minutes converter swapped. Was shown the old converter right off the car: interior completely disintegrated! Original equipment lasted 220,000 miles and 25 years. Fair price on the converter and REASONABLE and FAIR price on the labor! BONUS: you can actually see the work being done on your vehicle and talk to the installer while work is being performed. Local shop, labor performed by owner, owner highly skilled.
