Countryside took really good care of me! My car is actually running better than it has since I got it! Thank you so much for being so quick about it and for such good care! I only gave four stars because it was a little spendy but everything is during inflation so y'all are still awesome! Special shout out to Marvin who was extra sweet and did not try to get me to do stuff that wasn't necessary to my car and I really appreciate that. Bravo! Would recommend!

After going to one shop, and being told our alternator was bad, and causing our battery light to come on and drain battery, I stopped in and they figured it out and fixed the problem. They were nice and had very good customer service. The lady at front was very kind and didn’t make me feel dumb me being a girl. 😂😂 definitely recommend. And a huge thank you when everyone else was saying it was either a bad cell in the battery or the alternator when they wouldn’t look at it more in depth.. But they figured it out in 15 minutes or less.

I been using Countryside auto for a long time. Both of our cars get serviced there. The staff is excellent, the quality of workmanship is excellent. Customer service is excellent. I am a life long customer.

I have been going here since 2015 never had a problem, then all the sudden the ladies are out of the office and this place is gone downhill. twice I've lost the oil out of my truck in the last four and a half months. I got just stuck in North Carolina because the oil spilled out of my truck again. The oil light didn't come on cost and it cost me $217 and the loss of a weeks pay. I only asked for the 217 back they couldn't do it they wanted to give me $100 credit I told them there was no way that I was bringing my truck back to them. I'm telling you this place used to be awesome and now with these guys in here it's gone downhill super fast super bad. They'll give you an appointment but then you wait for 2 to 4 hours before they get to your vehicle. They installed a flat ring on my oil filter instead of a round one. The first time the oil leaked out I had to spend $150 on a tow truck to bring it to him they did the work didn't really tell me other than it was a bad seal and they gave me no paperwork and no charge. I'm editing this review because countryside tire and Auto responded to this review. I did speak to the manager face to face in the store the same day I made this post. All he wanted to do was give me $100 credit and there is no way I can let these people touch my vehicle after I lost oil all the oil out of my truck not once but twice within 5 months each time was after they had done some work on my truck. That's not good customer service and that's definitely not being honest. I tried to make it right y'all wouldn't work with me.

I had extension work done on my 1997 vehicle at the C&D Oak Ridge location. They made a quick diagnosis and completed all the work next day. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, professional and concerned with my vehicle issues; especially Tyler, who regularly communicated repair progress. Thank you! My old car is riding like it's brand new!

I had a great experience at Countryside Tire and Auto. The people there were great to work with and very pleasant. Logan was very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on with my car. I was getting new tires and the price was great. I would recommend Countryside To anyone.

Where to start; thankyou to Chris for his generosity of spirit always willing to help. Thank-you to Logan for his kindness and knowledge of how to encourage the customers. Thank-you to all the technicians who worked on my vehicle to make it safe again with new brakes and fresh oil and filters. A smile and kindness goes a long way and each of you shared these with me. Very personable staff. Car was returned in a timely manner. Did review some recommendations but did not pressure me. It was good to know some things that need updating and I will definitely do so at Countryside in the future. Definitely has competitive prices!

Their transmission installed was almost 2 thousand cheaper than my local garage in Kingston ( same exact parts). Even more impressive was they only had my vehicle for 3 days! I will now make the 25 minute drive for all my vehicles when I need service.
