Nick, Jason, and several others at the Oak Ridge Tire Discounter really worked tirelessly to wrangle and fix a part on my 15-year-old, 240,000 mile car. They kept me up-to-date on the repairs, finished earlier than expected, and were super nice throughout. They will have all of my business, and I encourage others to use their top notch mechanics and service people.

Update: 7 months later still no repair or communication from company. Took my truck here for a nail in the center of my tire. They said it couldn't be patched, but were happy to price a new tire. (I took it to another tire shop and they patched it, has been fine since) When I picked my truck up I noticed they scratched the cap and damaged my rim. I took it back and they said they would fix the damage and call me the next day. That turned into the next week, to one month. That was 3 months ago. Clearly they will not repair the damage they caused. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dishonest and deceptive.

This place has bent over backwards to help me and keep me as a customer and it shows. I've personally purchased 2 sets of tires from here and sent my gf to do the same. Andrew M. does a great job as a manager and his staff seem just as competent and passionate about their jobs. Great place, great service, and great price on quality tires. I'll continue to give them business until this changes.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and not only was the service quick and professional, but the kindness I experienced here absolutely floored me. Andrew and the team are real people who go above and beyond, not just in their work, but in how they treat others. I’ve never left a car place feeling more cared for. It meant the world to me, and I won’t forget it. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely good people.

I had a great experience at this location. Andrew was helpful and arranged to have done what I needed done in a timely manner...I walked in, got estimate and was well on my way in a little over an hour..I will be going back. Plus a free oil change and balance. Who offers that any more...I feel also if someone has an issue, they would be willing to make right..

Tire Discounters always takes care of our cars. Especially James he will help you out any way he possibly can. We have trusted them for the last 3 years with our tires and regular service. Definitely go check them out if you want honest and fair prices.

I used to really like coming here because they would take care of everything in a timely manner. Now, I guess it's not customary to call customers, who have a scheduled appointment, and let them know that SHTF and they can't work the customer in at the time they scheduled. I'm glad I drove 45 minutes one way to be told it'll be a 3-4 hour wait before they can get my car in for an oil change due to mechanics calling out and going off site.
