This was in December, and wanted to give it time to settle. Roger was the absolute RUDEST person to deal with. Enough so that I ended up crying from how rude he was. The lady up front was incredibly rude at first, went as far as to ignore me to help another guy. And when I said something, she told me because she said Roger “is doing the work and deserves the commission.” Which I didn’t know they even had commission like that as my husband usually deals with car issues. Just needed a bulb changed and Roger was at first unwilling to do it even though it says on the website they do it. It took me getting upset for the front lady to even show any kind of compassion. Then she stated that he was angry because of other customers. But taking it out on me. Will NEVER go there again.

Dave that works the parts counter is rude. Gave him the part number and it won’t come up!! Asked me where I got the part number from and I replied Toyota. Told him the Clinton store pulled it up and he said Well you should have gotten the part number they found it under. Funny Clinton found it and Powell found it. Won’t be going to oak ridge orielys for anything

I was in from out of town and my car would not start this morning. I got it jumped because it was a bad battery. Came to O'Reilly and they replaced the battery in 10 minutes and were extremely nice about it. Did a wonderful job.

Danny was very helpful and the only reason this isn't a one star review after "Big John" and Dave refused to help my wife with a return after they "Couldnt find her in the system". Danny found and printed her receipt for her before she even arrived after she called and asked if she could return her item and was told yes. She arrived and Danny was busy so Big John and Dave "Helped" her by being dismissive and showing zero interest in figuring out why she wasn't in the system even though she made the purchase yesterday and has been in their system for years. Long story short Danny seems to be carrying these rude bums on his back. Thank you Danny for taking your customer service position seriously. Big John you're a Big letdown and so is dave.
