Great location, great staff. Very helpful as every single advance Auto I ever go into. However, it did not have a 13 mm socket and the computer system Said that I would need either a 13 or a 14 but we couldn't figure out which one was the exact size socket for my car's oil plug so we went with the 14 LOL. But if this socket is not the right size, I know that the return process will be extremely easy. Thank you advance for hiring. Only the best in being the best there is in auto parts stores

I came in while riding at Windrock in a 70 year old jeep that had been converted to 12v, so the computer wasn’t much help finding the ignition parts. The manager Sean B. grabbed a paper catalog and went to work. He spent probably 30 minutes with us to get the parts we needed. Fixed the jeep on the trailer and drove it the rest of the trip. Thank you Sean for going the extra mile!

I stopped in a couple weeks ago to replace a headlight after being turned away at OReilly’s down the street. A sweet older gentleman and employee changed out my light in 5 minutes. I also got a battery replaced here last summer. Always impressed with the service and prices!

Excellent business for elderly women like me who need batteries and windshield wipers and fluids, etc. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They install batteries and wipers and even pour the wiper fluid and end with a wave and "have a nice day and come back if you need further assistance." What more could you ask for.

Brought a deep cycle Marine battery in for charging (it was labeled with my name)... Went back a day and a half later and it was gone! The workers had me come into the back where the batteries are just to make sure. I left my name and number. I was told MULTIPLE times (on different visits to the store) that management will call me, but that never happened... I finally got to speak to the manager who told me it had been too long and he had no way to track it. Said he could "maybe" give a small discount to buy a new battery. It was my #1 car part store, but I doubt I will go there ever again.

Fantastic service! My car battery died a block from the store and Brian came to the rescue! He was able to jump it for me and replace the battery right away. He also discovered my starter is in poor condition, so he saved me from being stranded somewhere else. Thank you Brian!!!
