I was on my way to an important meeting back in 10/2024 when I was flagged through an area being repaved in Oak Ridge. While driving through, my tire was punctured by something in the roadway. I drove straight over to Free Service Tire in Oak Ridge. James Lewis, the Manager, could see that I was upset with the situation. Not only did he immediately get my vehicle into the garage to plug the tire, he was sympathetic to my situation and offered kind words that made me feel that everything would be okay. The gentleman that plugged my tire pulled my vehicle right up to the front door and was very pleasant to speak with. These guys were my heroes that day. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Free Service Tire. This location is top notch. I even made it to my meeting on time!

This is my third time using free service tire for maintenance or repairs. Compared to other shops this place blows out of the water. With the shop there’s no BS run- around; they are straightforward, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Super fast in and out!! Went to 2 other shops before here. Each one had a 2hr wait. I was in and out in 15 mins. Good guys working there too. Ill be back for tires and repairs in the future.

After I hit a pothole my tire went flat on my way home from work. I found Free Service after being turned away from two other places because they were closing for the day. The guys here were extremely helpful and it showed that they genuinely cared about their customers. They took great care for me as well as my vehicle. They were fast and efficient and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Oak Ridge area. Outstanding service.

Thank you for your great customer service! Free Service Tire & Auto centers were able to assist me after blowing out my tire and do an alignment. They were quick and efficient! Pricing is Fair- they are open longer hours than other locations nearby. The team there is knowledgeable and courteous!

Amazing and super helpful service from James and the whole crew. Our car broke down on the I-75 during our drive back to Canada. They all stayed late to run a diagnostic on our car. When our car was no longer drivable, James drove our family to a hotel room then also met us the next day (Sunday, when the shop was closed) to retrieve all of our belongings from our car so we get home in our car rental. Thank you so much to James. Truly a life saver!!

These guys are life savers. I popped a tire on the first leg of a cross-country road trip, and they took me in for a replacement at the end of their workday. Cheap, good service, friendly wokers, and they gave me some tips on how to keep my car in top shape. Thank you!!
