Mike in service has been amazing ing. My Denali is only 4 years old and has spent so much time in the service center. Has already required a new engine. Mike has made the experience smooth every time

Although this visit was rated 5 stars it was for a fix on 2 recall items for a truck, so may not be representative of a paid/non-warranty service. Checkin: was assisted at the automated device, and was quick; while rapid it does not allow for other comments/questions/changes that a service advisor would be able to address. In particular, the repair was scheduled with the phone agent for the recall fix, not service advisor. Checkout: was able to speak to a service advisor for more details on the 'repair', an important interaction--bottom line, automated checkin should be only an option.

Horrible Service Dept! Never answers the phones, Doesn't complete oil change in time being told. I complained to MGR he said not everyone is perfect. Everyone I talk to says he is a piece of work. I didn't buy the service agreement due to the service dept being so unorganized. I tried again with my new GMC and the same issues . No follow up , no service adviser greets you just a person that takes the car. The GMC service MGR attitude is not someone I want to deal with nor do I have to. I take my New Truck to Chevy nextdoor No problems .

Emerson is my service tech. He's been very efficient and helpful in getting the work done needed for my vehicle. He even stayed late at one point to help me gather some misplaced service records which he really didn't have to do. So thank you sir for your help.

Sean was my service advisor, he is amazing! I had a recall on my 2022 Sierra, super easy fix. And I also just had my 2013 Acadia Denali in service, so grateful I purchased the extended warranty. Most of everything was covered. Thank you for the fantastic service and friendly staff! I'm a customer for life!
