I don't take the time to write many reviews, but this experience was absolutely perfect. I bought this car sight unseen from out of state, going only off the information of the listing, and trusting that this dealer was different (better) than the rest like the reviews claim. Andy was knowledgeable, responsive and got the paperwork handled quickly, The car arrived in perfect condition exactly as described. After going back and forth with multiple dealers that didn't seem to know anything about the vehicles they're selling, Ianelli was a breath of fresh air. I could not have asked for a better buying experience.

From both a sales and service perspective, they couldn’t possibly be any better. Rob and his team spent weeks chasing down an electronic gremlin and one of our old Volvos. They did not give up until it was 100% solved. And were more than fair on the price – Rob charged me a fraction of what other shops wanted to charge me, and those other shops weren’t even going to solve the problem, they were just swapping parts. On the sales side, Andy is simply the best. Zero pressure, just a regular guy who knows his product and is trying to get you the best car possible based on what *you* tell him *you* want. He first listened to my wife and I to understand what was important to us in our next car, presented us with several excellent options, and in the end, put us in the perfect car for us. Plus, gave us a fantastic deal. If you want a premium European car, premium service, and a no pressure, consultative, friendly experience – Save your time and go straight to Iannelli.

Been going there for 30 years. Same family members still coming to work every day. Happy to see that they’ve grown a lot off of their hard, honest work. Super knowledgeable in all cars, but specialize in European brands. Have all the tools and software to do everything the dealer can do, but at significant discounts. And, I dare say, with better quality.

I have purchased cars from many Cleveland dealerships over the years, but this one is special! Working with Andy was great. He was not high pressure like most salesmen, very knowledgeable about cars, and literally went out of his way (on his day off of all things) to make my experience awesome. Furthermore, their inventory is price fairly and my car was serviced by their experts, making sure it’s going to be hassle free for many years to come. If I’m ever in need of another vehicle, I’ll definitely be starting my search here.

I took my Mercedes in for the scheduled maintenance. Rob communicates with me and even said some of the scheduled maintenance was not needed. My tires were in need of replacement and Rob got me the same price as I could have gotten online. I’m just very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Thanks to everyone there who serviced our car.

Just an incredible business. Service. Quality. Integrity. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Excellence. Family owned. Respect. (like what you expect from your vehicle you bring to them). I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime, and not a dealer or in the business. Seen and been to many places for service. Iannelli's is the best. Hand's down. Iannelli's is now second generation and I've been going there for over 20 years. From help with my Porsche 911 to my BMW M, both of which I cannot express how grateful I am for Mr. Iannelli (who worked on my 911 years ago) and now his son, who worked on my BMW. Everyone needs "an import" place, and Iannelli's is it. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I never leave reviews, except today I'm leaving two. Keep up the outstanding work, and don't ever change. Wish you were going to be closer after I move out of state for the second time ! THANK YOU !
