The team at Olmsted Auto Care are tremendous. From the front desk staff to the automotive technicians to management, everyone is friendly, knowledge and eager to help. I received not only an excellent, competitively priced oil change but also a comprehensive automobile inspection free of charge! This inspection service is extremely valuable and none of the staff gave me grief for not having my routine maintenance completed on time…as they very well could have : ) Thank you for being great at what you do!

Our van broke down as we were racing to get to an important meeting. Justin was super! He made sure we got the transportation we needed ASAP! He even helped me set up the screen for our GPS travel instructions! The to rental was very clean, and comfortable. Very nice vehicle.

Corey Evaldi is an amazingly, good man. My mother and I were traveling back from her appointments at Cleveland Clinic. As I am driving along a multi lane highway, I could not avoid a 5 gallon bucket that was rolling around. I hit it and it remained stuck under my vehicle. My mother is somewhat frail. Corey immediately noticed this and ensured that she made it to the waiting room as he and his crew took a look. He was sooo good to my mama that I felt compelled to leave this review. I can say that the bucket came out at some point before they took a look. They could tell something left some scratches but was no longer there. He drove it to ensure I would not have further issues. He charged me nothing for this! He also ensured that my mom got back to the vehicle safe and sound. Thanks!!!

0 star service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR SERVICE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I TOOK THE DAY OFF AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT THE LADY SAID THERE WOULD BE A $100 charge JUST TO LOOK AT THE CAR. NOONE TELLS YOU THAT WHEN YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. She went back to talk to some so called general manager and he asks how can he help and make me happy. I said you already know the answer to that question. After some back and forth arguing I said whatever just fix the blower. About 1 hour later I get a phone call and they tell me to pickup the vehicle and they refused to work on it. So anyways long story short. There are plenty of other places to go where they value you as a customer. My lawyer will be contacting them as I took the day off to have this done.

I’m a returning customer and would recommend them. Their inspections are very thorough and my service rep John did not push me to get any work done I didn’t need only made suggestions. Had my repair done in one work day.

The owner is wonderful and takes great care of his employees. The tech was knowledgeable and took care of everything perfectly. My car came back better than when I left it. The front desk was very helpful and professional. I loved the interactive links I was sent to choose service options. Everyone went above and beyond.

They make available and give out loaners cars for the duration of the repairs so you are never without a car. My car is aged it has issues. They let me know the issues and non pressure to fix all that is wrong. I am satisfied with their work. They are willing to take care of little stuff for free. You know the stuff you just don’t get to like lubricating the hinges on your doors.

I was very pleased with the work that they did for me. I had ball joints replaced as well as tie rods and a rear spring. All was done at the estimated price. John was very helpful and honest about my car repairs. I definitely will return again when repairs are needed.

This was my first time at this establishment. I usually only trust dealerships to service my vehicle. They were very thorough and found the root of my problem . They were very efficient in fixing my vehicle.Their customer service was outstanding. The front office ladies were very welcoming and treated me as I was a long term customer and not just a stranger dropping off a car for service. I highly recommend doing business with this establishment.

I always have a great experience here. These folks are thorough and honest. I always feel very taken care of and in good hands. I called in an emergency on a Monday, had a courtesy car from them ready the moment I called and my car was checked out same day. They really go above and beyond for their customers, I'll definitely continue to use their services!
