Honestly, I have never written a bad review but the parts and service team have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have shown 3 different forms to prove my vehicle is mine to create a new key and they are still not satisfied. Go to another Mercedes dealership even if it is drive. Especially if you are a woman they will speak to you like you’re a dumb.
