Knapp's Madison Auto and Towing

Recently visited Knapp’s for a clunking noise in my 2018 Jeep. Rob was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. They checked my vehicle the day after I called and were very transparent with timelines for diagnosis! Within 2 hours, they had an answer on my vehicle and I was on my way. Rob gave a thorough explanation and made me feel at ease leaving with my vehicle. Spencer texted to check how things were going 2 days later. Really appreciate a great local spot to take my car with any issues. As a female, this can be intimidating but if you’re looking for a spot that is helpful, kind and makes you feel at ease…look no further ladies!

Nothing to say but positive things! Spencer is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, skilled and accommodating. He did a bumper repair on my vehicle and it looks great. I never once felt pressured to use their services and here they recognize you by face- not just another vehicle they serviced/repaired.

Honest, quick and fair. We have taken our car here a few times and have always left satisfied. They give their honest opinions and guidance on big ticket issues and that alone will keep our business.

Took my vehicle in to make sure that a battery issue had not caused further electrical issues to the car. Knapps checked the vehicle and noted it was just a battery issue. This took multiple days with no notice on a finish time, requiring me to call in and check on the vehicle multiple times. Knapp then quoted me over $500 for a battery replacement. I took my car home and did the job myself. Since finishing Knapps has contacted me multiple times to follow up on their “work” even though they did nothing. Someone from their shop called me at nearly 8PM to ask how they did, and I have received multiple texts asking for reviews and follow ups even though they did absolutely nothing for me. Update: After posting about being annoyed by them contacting me multiple times they decide to go back, find my number, and call me again. Nice job lmao

Helped with a difficult check engine light - e/check situation. They corrected the issue quickly and effectively. Time and time again they do great work. We’ve been using their services for years and will continue to!

I'm so glad I brought my car to Knapps. They did an excellent job fixing the problem, and the pricing was very fair and transparent - no surprises. The staff was courteous, and the shop was clean and professional. Overall, a five-star experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.

I brought my Ford F-150 into Knapp’s Madison Auto for an oil change and transmission flush after a friend recommended them, and I’m so glad I listened. Spencer and his team were honest, professional, and efficient. The quality of work was excellent, and the prices were more than fair. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back for any future maintenance—highly recommend!
