this place is really a hit or miss on any given day, depending who’s working there. i’ve had great experiences with people who very much know what they’re doing and passionate about helping people, but at the same time there are some employees who are just useless and unhelpful, don’t know what they’re talking about and act as if you’re inconveniencing them. i appreciate the fact they do print outs after reading codes, but you might have to just go down the road to get more useful auto advice sometimes. my last visit solidified i would have better luck going to advanced auto or o'reilly’s in the future.

Not a great experience. I realize that changing out a wiper blade on a cold, snowy Ohio day is not a fun thing...but after 15 minutes I had to move on with my life. O'Reilly had me in and out in about 7 minutes and were very pleasant. Not the case at AZ. I think y'all could do better.

Worst service ever. Impolite slow people who were not interested to work.. check the battery said it was bad and then everybody disappeared left the car hood open. Guy at cash register had NO idea what to do. Never asked us if we wanted them to install the battery which we would have. So we went home struggled to do it ourselves and then had to bring the battery back to them. Never going back.

Tyler was amazing with quick, friendly, professional service! I needed a jump to start my car and immediately went straight to this autozone. Tyler the manager was great testing my battery first to then determine I indeed needed a new one. Within 15 minutes I had a new battery installed and was on my way with the rest of my day. Fair prices and phenomenal customer service!
