Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my life. They tried to rip me off and over charged my nearly 3 time the actual cost. 700 to replace a brake hose. They charged me 300.00 for a 18.00 part ans services they obviously didn't do. Brake flush more like a waller flush. They destroyed all my lug nuts, damaged rims and kinked a brake lone to the point when o stop my car pulls to the left. They broke off a toms sensor and left it in the wheel and shoved a rubber valve stem in. Soon after the tires were installed I got a flat. Turns out the tire was fine but the rim was crushed by the tire machine not allowing the tire to seal. They didn't even clean the corrosion off the rims and apply bead seal like they claim they do. I had to have all the tires removed rims cleaned and resealed along with tpms sensors. Totally poor at what they do at best. Beware they lie cheat and sell services they don't preform. Had to spend over 365.00 just to have thier work redone including replacing all the lug studs and broken tpms sensors. Thier insurance company is terrible. Just as bad as they are.

I have a very great experience. Unfortunately as I was about to get on the turnpike I got some form of a rod in my tire so I had to get towed to the nearest place that was open because unfortunately it was New Year’s Eve. They took me in, in a fast manner and got it taken care of and back on the road.! Thank you so much.!

I will never return and highly recommend avoiding! After taking my SUV in for the first oil change since I purchased it, I have now discovered that I was significantly overcharged by $40- $60. The techs also tried to tell me that I urgently needed 4 new tires. Several second opinions have told me that I have at least another year on them. They saw me coming and 100% took advantage!!

I made a mistake sending my tires to this store from an online store. I thought it really doesn't matter what tire store I used, but after 2 days I finally got my car back and they didn't even do the alignment that I ask for with the tire install. They offered to do the alignment real quick if I brought it back in. I should have just cut my previous losses and taken it to my normal mechanic in 2 weeks when he was able to do it. I took it back for the "quick" alignment, which took 1.5hr. Then I was told they couldn't do the alignment as a tie rod end was "seized" and would need replaced. I declined the service. As I drove home I now have a bad clanking noise from them doing who knows what to my tie rods. Another mechanic looks at it and was able to unsieze the tie rod with little extra effort. Unfortunately the tie rod still needs to be replaced because the new clanking due to the bushing from their attempts to loosen the tie rod. I would not recommend this shop for anything.

Ben and I have been doing business for many years. He is a gem. Robert is a mechanic who’s new to me. They give great service. My brakes were worn and Robert salvaged my brake pin and piston to keep the price reasonable for two rear brakes.
