Had body and paint work done on my bmw 3series. I am very picky, and can sincerely say I was impressed with the repairs and paint. The color match, on a difficult color, was perfect. The office was friendly, informative and helpful with insurance. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again if the need arises. The car came back to me like new, can't tell a thing was done!!!! Awesome job!!! I couldn't be happier.

If I could give Gerber .5 stars I would. I turned my car in early March for back rear damage caused by an accident and the due date was late March. Now when I turned in the car it made no sound whatsoever. To no avail the due date got pushed back not once but twice into mid/early April(8th). I come get my car and sign off on everything and as I drive off the lot, what do you know.. I hear the worse sound in the front of my car as if the tires were deflated.. that was not the case, somehow they let my car sit for a month without driving it!!!! Causing the bearings to become rusted and damaged. Not to mention the extra days I had to pay for the rental won’t be compensated, not to mention the extra money I have to spend just to buy new bearings won’t be compensated. I was compensated $0. My car literally sat in that shop for an over month just for it to still be messed up like cmon what type of business is being ran here? Obviously I didn’t do that to my car so who’s at fault technically, you ask me I say Gerber yet here we are. Horrible, dam near ruined my week if not month. Ruined my day for sure. Friendly ppl don’t get me wrong but I will not be doing business with them again that’s for sure. To not even be able to get help with or some type of compensation is insanity and treacherous. What were they doing to my car for exactly a month just for it to still be messed up -_- , I will not recommend any of my friends, family etc to this business. Took my vehicle there to get fixed yet it has to get fixed again, this is why I have trust issues with auto places. Not to mention they let me drive off into the sunset thinking the car was good to drive; my car could have lost both tires on the way home, jackknifed with me in the car more than likely killing me instantly. Horrible, makes me sick to my stomach. And they think I want to comeback and do business with them..I do not have Stockholm syndrome, no thank you.

I had a great experience with Gerber from start to finish. Angie and Rocky were great with communication and the technician did an excellent job with the repairs. I would highly recommend using this business as it made the best out of a bad situation for me.

Gerber did a great job restoring my car back to proper condition. Working with Rocky was a pleasure. His attention to detail, thorough communication, and overall care for the vehicle while managing the repairs was top notch. That also goes for the technicians who worked on the vehicle as the end result was great! Definitely recommend their services and I'm a very satisfied customer.

As far as the the chips and gouges in the bumper, along with the paint match, they did a good job. However I asked them 2000 times if they’d be able to properly reinstall a factory accessory and they assured me they could. They even went as far as to bill the insurance extra for the two sided taped needed to properly complete that aspect of the reinstall. Get the car back. Installed the parts misaligned and didn’t even bother to use the double sided tape. Called me after I left a lousy review, saying they want to make it right. Ok cool right? I told them to properly install these parts, the rear bumper has to come off… and the guy on the phone questioned if I knew that to be true, and if it REALLY needed the double sided tape. When I said yes I’m 200% certain that to be the case since I installed them initiallty, he assured me they’d take care of it, but they’d need the car for the entire day. Ok no problem. Drop the car off with them and before I left I asked one of the employees to come out so I could show him what needed fixed and he assured me they’d take care of the gaps from misalignment. Go pick up the car after hours (which was fine since I couldn’t make it before close)… they didn’t even make an attempt to fix alignment issues at all. Still has noticeable gaps. So I send an email voicing complaints only to be told it’ll get forwarded on and someone will reach out. To no surprise… No one has reached out Edit: eventually the shop reached out and offered to “make it right”, and even offered to cover a rental For the day they need the car so that was appreciated, but I ultimately decided to take it somewhere else to have it done correctly. I didn’t feel confident that anything would be different in their third attempt at installing the pieces properly
