I went into this O'Reilly today to get the windshield washer nozzle replaced on my car. The gentleman that helped me at the other location to change my wiper blades accidentally bent the clamp causing me to replace it. Oh well, things happen, and it was flimsy plastic. I go to this location a couple hours later explaining the situation, hoping that they would help me replace the part and give me the replacement part, since a technician at another store broke the original. They made me pay $25 for the replacement nozzles, which was fine. The gentleman that helped me couldn't find the part, but the lady found it immediately. Then the technician came out to replace the part, cutting a piece of the hose off, to help the clamp fit better, which I don't know why he did, there was nothing wrong with the original hose. We replace the nozzle, and it's not misting the washer fluid, but sprays full force to the passenger side. He messes with it a bit more, to no avail. Then shrugs and says to me, well I worked up an appetite, I'm going to lunch. And just walks off. So now, I'm out $25 to a part that isn't the correct part, or doesn't function properly to my vehicle. The guy cuts off length to the hose, which served no purpose. Doesn't apply the part correctly. And just walks off to get his lunch. Absolutely, unacceptable service. Didn't offer me my money back or anything. I had to go to the dealership to get them to fix it. Which they did for $10 less than a generic piece that doesn't work. I will not be going back.

Do not buy anything from any o’Reilly auto parts . Because if you go to return the part they don’t have enough money I have the receipt and everything. Tell me how that makes sense? No I wasted my gas my time wear and tear on my car. I will never ever buy another part again from this part store

Alexia answered and I had asked if she had a starter in stock, and if there is a core charge along with the year make and model of my car. I had to repeat myself several times. The third time I restated the year make and model of the car she had only finished typing and say aloud the make of my car. I am not one to complain but I felt like I was talking to someone that shouldn’t work at an auto store. She sounded confused. I had to tell her never mind and hang up.

I’m a pain to deal with when it comes to pricing I’ve been in business for years and long history as a service manager. Megan did a great job dealing with me and made the sale happen. She did very well and I appreciate her effort to make it happen and the sale. Thanks again Megan!
