Caliber Collision

My son was rear-ended and we went to the North Ridgeville shop to get his jeep repaired. The service here was amazing from the very first phone call to arrange a time to go in they were so friendly and polite. They kept us informed every step of the way, and we were even notified when the parts were ordered and delivered. Courtney and Debbie were always so friendly and helpful no matter what we needed. If I ever need repair work done again this is definitely where we will be going. All around great service!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the caliber in north ridgeville. I was struck on a hit and run across the entire passenger side of my vehicle. And as you can see in the pictures attached below, it looks absolutely brand new. From the second, I walked in. It was all done with ease scheduling to drop it off, updates throughout the entire process. Courtney answered every single one of my questions and made this process a very pleasant experience despite how sadden I was to not have my vehicle. I was sent updated pictures, texts and they helped with and made it easy to return my rental car. Best car experience I’ve had I will never go anywhere else and make sure everyone I know will go here as well! I recommend you don’t waste time or give yourself a headache going anywhere else!

Took my ctr to caliper collision to get fixed and did an absolute amazing job! They communicate the whole time with you, and have a great customer service! Highly recommend!

Caliber is the place to go! Every single employee I worked with was fantastic and friendly. Courtney went above and beyond everyday to keep me informed and feeling confident that my car was being taken care of. I can’t say enough about how seamless the process was from start to finish. After a less than satisfactory experience with another facility following an accident, I was introduced to the Caliber, North Ridgeville collision center, and Caliber's Regional Manager. From the initial conversation to the completion of the work, I could not have had a more positive experience. The entire staff was professional and qualified; all of the communication and follow-through was exceptional; and my car looked the same as when I drove it from the dealer two years earlier. If you want quality work, this is the place to go. They were able to correct every issue that I brought them, and I have established a lifetime partnership. They are simply the best and proof that your car can look amazing even after an accident!

I’d highly recommend Caliber in North Ridgeville! The service advisor Courtney was fantastic and guided me through the whole process and was always available for assistance or questions. My car looks great and I’m glad I picked this shop.
