Had new tires and my rear brakes done recently, both jobs were completed same day, honest and fairly priced. We really appreciate having someone so close for car service that's dependable.

I ended up going to Conrad’s for a change of tire, ended up being there for 4-5 hrs because a different Conrad was suppose to bring me a Audi LugNut, Joe was more than understanding and cordial! David even helped me towards the backend of my time there! They also hooked me up with some Deals due to the fact of waiting for so long! Thank You Men, pleasure doing Biz!

Got an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised when they texted me a video of an inspection report. Great customer service and overall a great shop. Definitely recommend.

A trustworthy company with fair and competitive pricing. One of the nice aspects of Conrad's are their NEO convenient neighborhood locations. Our technician did a video estimate explaining what he was looking at prior to repairs which we received via text message. Being shown what they're seeing definitely helps with the decision-making process. They're easy to work with in terms of appointment times and the staff is friendly and professional. When I asked for a receipt to be emailed, the response and documentation came back in about 2 minutes. I feel as if they really care about having good customer relationships.

I was able to schedule my oil change with no problem. Great customer service, and Dave at the desk was super kind. I’ve been using Conrads for years. I got my car back in a timely manner . Would recommend this place. Support local ( and Go Browns)

I walked in at around d 1230 this afternoon. 1 guy in waiting room. Guy at the desk didn't even look up at me or tell me he'd be right with me after standing a foot away from him for 3-4min. Imagine walking into a business, and the guy whose job it is to greet you doesn't even look at or acknowledge you're there. I walked tf out and idc how "good" they are, i will never be returning. Plenty of other places to take my business. Ridiculous

Do not come here if you want your car to work. First off I dropped my car off here for an overall performance check and they somehow completely missed my coolant was bone dry. Ontop of that I have came here twice to have them fix why my car was not starting and kept dying and they charged me $300 for a diagnostic and my car died that same day not even three hours later. Brought it to them again they held my car for a day and a half before giving it back and saying they couldnt do anything and to find somewhere else. Ontop of that the customer service at the front desk is ridiculous I could order the part on ebay and youtube fix my car before they even get to you at that front desk.

One star because they did what I asked to be done. One star because they did not do it with my peace of mind in mind. They poked around where they were NOT asked to, and gave me a heart attack over a false oil leak, and then there were lights on that were not there before. They are not going to get far by being crooked.
