BJ's Tire Center

I hit a rock and busted a tire went to BJs to get another tire. All my other tires were relatively new and in good shape and the tire would be prorated. There was only one guy to answer phone, perform the work, and handle propane. He was way behind. There were 3 of us waiting and everyone upset. Josh, a manager from the store came over and ordered him to do mine first. He rushed and was angry. Didn’t put the cap on the tire. A short time later, I thought my car needed aligned, this BJs tire center had shut down. I went to another BJs near Delaware and the tire center worker was very nice and knew what he was doing. He out my car up and saw both front tires were completely bald on the inside because the tie rod had been broken when I busted the tire. He said the guy at New Albany had to have known that. I had to buy two new tires. So I bought the original tire, replaced the busted tire , and bought another tire plus the left tire in front. A lot of money for their negligance.

Just joined Bj's last month after being a member of a competitor for years. Ordered Tires and was asked to do so through the BJ's App. Compared prices and BJ's was $200+ less for same/comparable. Set appointment through App for a Thursday. Come to find out, The Tire Center is currently closed on Thursday's due to staffing. Irritating that the app doesn't know this. Jave from the Tire center set me up for the following Monday. Come to find out Jave is literally the only Tire Center employee. Positive Attitude, Professional, Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, you wouldn't know he is a one stop shop (until He and BJ's can get some more help in the tire center). Jave is superior and I would hire him in a heartbeat. Keep him happy @BJ's management! He turned a slightly negative first impression into a very positive customer experience! I definitely Recommend BJ's Tire Center in New Albany.

I came in for four new tires and was in and out so fast! Kyle was kind and personable as well as attentive. I think there should have been another person on site, at least that day, maybe others too, as Kyle was multitasking phone calls, more people to serve, but he did it like a boss and handled it all so well! I would recommend this BJs location for tires 100%. Thanks for the good work Kyle

I highly recommend BJ's Tire Center. I ran over a nail and had to order new tires with a quick turnaround. Bryant and Kyle assisted with ordering new tires that were locally sourced, within my budget, and had the warranty coverage that I wanted. I am a community-based worker and I am required to utilize my vehicle for any community visits. Bryant and Kyle were able to work around my schedule and have my car serviced in under an hour so that I did not have to miss any of my client appointments. The technicians even took the time to show me what to look for in tires should they need to be serviced again. This location provided one of the best customer service experiences I have received when getting my vehicle serviced.

I ordered my tires online, and the site was easy to navigate and the best prices around. The day my tires arrived I was able to come in and get them installed in less than an hour. All of the employees, especially Kyle were professional and kind.
