I went in a few times for oil changes or to patch a tire without any problems. Recently I went in to get new front tires, ball joints and a tire rotation. It took over 24 hours to get done, which isn’t an issue. I walked to the shop early in the morning without getting a call that it was ready. When I got there I didn’t see my car in the parking lot or in the shop, so of course I’m gonna ask about it. When I asked where my car was the owner was extremely rude. Said he was another shop where the do tire rotations. How the hell am I supposed to know that. Then he said “ I said I would call you when it’s ready”! I don’t mind waiting, and as soon as the car is done I’m heading off to work. the dude is just an asshole for no reason. Don’t go here! They also put too much air in my front tires so I had to go to the gas station to deflate them. I highly recommend not giving them your business.

My Tire pressure light was found on for no reason in Saturday morning and I needed my car in the afternoon, I just googled to found this auto shop and called to them. They are so nice and helpful, help me to check the tire right away, figure out and fix the problem quickly. I would say I'll come back if my car get wrong again cuz I trust their high-quality service. FYI, the reception desk decoration is really cool, so impressed by the handmade chained snake!!!

Doc Ramsey and his son Dean are such trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind people. I brought my car to them the first time when I was having a rear brake issue and they fixed it so beautifully and efficiently. Ever since that day, I have become a loyal and grateful customer for all of my car’s needs from a basic oil change to spontaneous anomalies that have occurred. I highly recommend Doc Ramsey’s shop.

We have been using this auto shop for at least the last 20+ years for our foreign cars (Mercedes Benz). They are very knowledgeable, have affordable pricing, and do great work. I recommend them all the time. So, give them a call if you have any questions or need some automotive work done.

Washington and Lee is a great place to take your car. I recently had a real headscratcher problem with my idle. They worked diligently to find the problem. The first fix didn't work to their satisfaction and then they worked on it some more at NO CHARGE. They researched, tried things and communicated with me. I would highly recommend Washington and Lee for work on any car.
