The team at Simon's offered great customer service and quality work at a reasonable price. Presented them with an undiagnosed "noise" from the driver's side wheel well on a Chevy Silverado. Within hours they had diagnosed the issue and identified another potential concern. The communication was conveniently handled over text and I was able to sign all documents electronically on my phone. Highly recommended.

We were longtime customers of the Lusty Wrench in Cleveland Heights and made the switch to Simons after Sam Bell retired. We have not had a concern. Rich does a very good job of trying to make sure that the most pressing issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, And even if you don’t do everything that your car could have done on it, you leave with a plan, knowing what your next steps are. I do like their embracing of technology with being able to see your estimate and pay your bill online before you even go to pick up the car, that kind of transparency is extremely important.

The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. But most importantly they are honest. I can send my wife there without me and know that she will not be high balled and treated fairly. Simon's has a good reputation because of all the things I just mentioned.

We have worked with Simon's Auto Services twice now, and consider me a fan. They are very professional - always polite, responsive, and well-organized. They have a good, detailed record-keeping system so they can track what's wrong with your car, what they've done, what they need to do, etc. They communicate in detailed text messages.

Thought it was a minor car repair that turned out to be a major issue the day before the Thanksgiving holiday and I needed to travel. Simon's worked their magic with their team & I was able to go........safely. I won't go anywhere else for car repairs. And they're all so nice!

Randomly found Simon’s automotive, and I’m so happy that I did. They always get us in and get the work done quickly. Their prices are reasonable. And their employees are wonderful to work with. Will keep going back.
