LJI always does a great job! They take care of their customers. I've had to get body work done over the past few years, and have used LJI each time. They take the stress out of the repairs, because I know they will make the car look and work great. Excellent communication and super easy car rental setup. LJI is my go-to body shop!

LJI was highly recommended to me & now I can highly recommend it to others! I was able to schedule my car for service within about a week of calling in and they had great customer service throughout the whole process. LJI worked with my car insurance company and had everything handled for me making my post accident experience less stressful. I picked up my car today and it looked brand new and beautifully detailed. ( I hope I won’t need to) but I would definitely come back to LJI !

I just had my side mirror replaced at LJI and my experience there was wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, and gave me a reasonable estimate compared to a dealership. They were able to fit me in their schedule very quickly once parts arrived. Not only did they do a great job on the repair in a timely manner, they even gave my car a quick detail (vacuumed, washed the floor mats, wiped the dashboard, and washed the outside of the vehicle). If I ever need repairs again, I’ll be going back!

I recently had the pleasure of being referred to this shop by a mechanic I do regular business with. I found their service to be EXCEPTIONAL. I was warmly greeted, my Audi Q7 was handled with care and with the utmost professionalism. Talking with one of the owners I found her to be a very personable, highly confident, polished individual.
